Your scenario sounds all too likely. If Fuddy tries to slither out of the subpoena and delay delay delay, perhaps our resident trolls, SPs and Obama-defenders will explain her tactics/reticence. According to them there’s nothing to hide, and she should comply with this subpoena quickly and happily.

In the mean time, I’m encouraged that Congress was so receptive to Bibi and that Orly has some action happening, and that Obama signed 2008 at UK and people are wondering if he had a brain glitch. Maybe we are finally getting to the “hope” we were promised and a “change” will soon follow?

What I find interesting about the language in the subpoena is stored in the Health Department of the State of HI from 08.08.1961 until now.
In other words this better look like a 50 year old document.
Specifically “the original typewritten birth certificate # 10641 for Barack Hussein Obama II, issued 8.8.1961, signed by Dr. David A. Sinclair, Stnaley Ann Dunham Obama and registrar Lee...”
