If every commenter account listed there did not get banned because of those vile and racist comments then the site should be shut down....

I don't think so. "Free speech" means... well... FREE SPEECH! Sure, its vile and offensive- to me. But I sure don't want anyone deciding which opinions and speech are the "approved" variety.
Their freedom of speech is their freedom to make complete bigoted asses of themselves. I'm thankful for their freedoms AND mine.
