Evidence continues to mount that President Obama was adopted by his Indonesian stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, raising concerns over his presidential eligibility.

Obama's American mother, Ann Dunham, separated from her first husband, Barack Obama Sr., in 1963 when the president was 2 years old. Dunham and Obama Sr. are reported to have later divorced.

In Hawaii, Dunham married Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian, in 1965 and moved to Indonesia in October 1967.

Divorce documents filed in Hawaii on Aug. 20, 1980, refer to Obama as the "child" of both Soetoro and Dunham, indicating a possible adoption in the U.S.

The divorce records state: "The parties have 1 child(ren) below age 18 and 1 child(ren) above 18 but still dependent on the parties for education."

The records further identify the "oldest child" as "in university."

"Mother resides with youngest child in 4-bedroom house provided by mother's employer," continues the divorce documents.

The documents identify the minor as Obama's stepsister, Maya Soetoro.

fascinating, isn't it? On the 31st of August, 1961, he writes the name of his wife...then crosses out the name, writes in 'Ann S Dunham' which is exactly the same name as the Hawaii Polk shows for the birth announcement address...but little zero doesn't get a mention.

So...what does that you? He may have been party to a sham marriage - but obviously he didn't consider himself the father! It's one thing to 'marry' to bolster an application for a visa extension, but that doesn't make one a father of a child...which didn't show up in Hawaii until it was two or three years old.

1) Obama Sr. was on a scholarship available only to Africans, not Indonesians.

2) Obama Sr. went to college in the early 1960's. Obama Jr. went to college in the 1980's. The scholarships Obama Sr. was on were not available in the 1980's.

Can you name a single scholarship in the early 1980's that it was easier for Indonesian citizens to get than for US citizens?

Of course you can't, because such scholarships did not exist.

I am sure that the notation of “he has a wife in the Philippines” is (A) not an immigration clerk mistaking the PI for Hawaii or (B) Stanely Ann.

The obvious answer is (C), Obama Sr. got confused between the PI and Indonesia, and wasn't much interested in his wife, and hence told the immigration clerk incorrect information about the whereabouts of his soon-to-be ex-wife.

How so? Adoption has no effect on US citizenship, and no effect on the circumstances of his birth. Whether the adoption occurred or not is legally irrelevant. Lolo Soetoro could not have renounced US citizenship on behalf of BHO, and there is no evidence that he tried.
