Evidence continues to mount that President Obama was adopted by his Indonesian stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, raising concerns over his presidential eligibility.

Obama's American mother, Ann Dunham, separated from her first husband, Barack Obama Sr., in 1963 when the president was 2 years old. Dunham and Obama Sr. are reported to have later divorced.

In Hawaii, Dunham married Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian, in 1965 and moved to Indonesia in October 1967.

Divorce documents filed in Hawaii on Aug. 20, 1980, refer to Obama as the "child" of both Soetoro and Dunham, indicating a possible adoption in the U.S.

The divorce records state: "The parties have 1 child(ren) below age 18 and 1 child(ren) above 18 but still dependent on the parties for education."

The records further identify the "oldest child" as "in university."

"Mother resides with youngest child in 4-bedroom house provided by mother's employer," continues the divorce documents.

The documents identify the minor as Obama's stepsister, Maya Soetoro.

I have (you can check if so inclined) LONG supported legislative efforts to have the candidates State of birth send the form they say is proof of birth within that State directly to the Secretary of State before they can be put on the ballot for that State.

I am surprised that such has not been done before. That previously we were under the “honor code” for such things. I think that was and IS a terrible state of affairs!

What I opposed was the demand for a LONG FORM COLB - as such would run afoul of the Full Faith and Credit Clause of the Constitution - and I couldn't see how “swinging for the fences” trying to get at the Long Form was superior to a clearly Constitutional request for the “official” document to be sent from the DOH of one State to the SOS of another State.

So..... what would be wrong with having a law asking for the “official” (Hawaii says their official COLB is the short form) COLB being sent directly from the DOH of the State of birth to the SOS of the State they want on the ballot for?

Would this not be a reasonable law? Why do you suppose I got so much flak from birthers for daring to suggest it?

In my opinion, the 042 SSN used by Obama has been the only SSN he has used and has never been used by anyone else.

I am aware of private investigators and their research on the 042 number. In my opinion, its a misdirection to keep people from finding the truth.

The truth is that Obama’s SSN was applied for on his behalf by a refugee sponsor located in CT.

The release this morning of the claim letter from the 0sama Bin Laden heirs may well operate to bring the issue back to the table.

International Law requires that to avoid prosecution and Criminal Liability, the Seals who carried out the mission were required to have been acting on lawful orders and were further obligated, as were their superior officers, to challenge orders which were not lawful.

Lawful orders among other things require issue by the Commander in Chief.

So if these guys were relying on orders from 0bama and he is not a NBC, the orders were not lawful and they have a criminal murder problem (maybe).

What are you talking about? The natural born Citizen issue has been my #1 focus all along.

However, without a genuine LFBC and legitimate marriage records of his parents, we can't say for sure who his legal father (or mother) was.
