“Weren’t the birthers expecting to find that he didn’t have a valid birth certificate? That he was born in Kenya?

The only good thing about this is that we can get Trump off stage and start thinking about a real conservative candidate” wrote Coyotehockey.

Sorry, but now Obama, the Commander-in-chief, needs to explain to the nation why he allowed Col. Terry Lakin to go to prison by refusing to release his birth certificate when Col Lakin requested it in his defense at trial. This was a despicable act on the part of Obama,a man lacking in character.

Obama is alleged to have spent millions of dollars in legal fees to avoid releasing the same birth certificate that was released today. Why? He must answer this question. Also, he should be required to repay any tax money that was spent protecting his choice to not release the certificate. What a piece of work he is.

Being the same age as Barry, and having gone to college, the only game in town was a TYPEWRITER. Whiteout wasn’t invented yet. The only way you could get a letter to be that close was to loosen the cylinder and back it up. Same with the little 1/2 above or 1/2 below for citations.

Looks like the “two” inspections that Ms. F did were: (1) to pull a long form (if existed) and (2) to plant a new one or some other “notation”.

Lakin went to jail for disobeying an order. The BC was irrelevant. Lakin is in jail for being foolish enough to believe the birthers. The world is a tough place for fools.

You are right - he was alleged to have spent $2 million dollars. Unfortunate for the birthers they have no facts to back that up.

Liquid Paper was invented in 1956. Not widely marketed, but there were other correction “carbons” before then.

Good work!

Check this out. Zoom in on the “R” in Barack first name up to 6400% and compare it to the letters to the immediate left and right of it.

It’s a fake.

Illegal based on what? The Constitution is mute on the issue. Supreme Court decisions also have never explicitly stated a definition.

Numerous sources CLAIM no Supreme Court decisions never explicitly stated a definition, but other sources provide citations that did confirm the definition as the same used by Vattel in The Law of Nations.

The Democrats were so convinced by those Federal Court decisions and the Constitution, they pursued Chester Arthur for years with the allegation that he was not eligible for the Office of the Vice President or the Office of the President. Unfortunately, they followed false leads and failed to discover the real evidence of ineligibility.

Chester Arthur, however, gave every appearance of knowing full well that he was ineligible and illegal when he purposefully set out to destroy his public and private papers which could have revealed his ineligibility and illegality.

As recently as the past twelve years the U.S. Congress introduced unsuccessful bills for a Constitutional Amendment that would remove the natural born citizen requirement for eligibility. If Congress did not believe the natural born citizen requirement excluded some native born U.S. citizens from eligibility, there would have been no reason for them to have found it necessary to introduce bills amending the Constitution to remove the natural born citizen requirement.

And Nixon’s vice president, Spiro Agnew, his father wasn’t an American at the time of his birth either. Vice presidents need to have the same qualifications as president.

You are repeating another false claim, which we have debunked with his father's U.S. Census records and Selective Service record. Spiro Agnew's father was a naturalized U.S. citizen when the son was born. Claims to the contrary are proven to be utterly false. See the earlier discussions on this issue here on Free Republic.

The Certificate of Live Birth released by the Obama Administration today, whatever its legitimacy or illegitimacy may be, clearly claims a British citizen as his father. The child of a father having British citizenship is natural born with the British citizenship of his father. Consequently, the birth certificate serves as evidence, along with Obama's personal statments claiming dual citizenship at birth, of his ineligibility due to his being a natural born British citizen owing allegiance to HM Queen Elizabeth II at birth.

It is unfortunate you have no respect for the courage and loyalty of Lt. Col. Terry Lakin and the other people who would defend the U.S. Constitution as they swore to do in their oaths of loyalty.

My computer has had a BAD attitude for a long time now. BUT, I forced it to blow up. I see that the “R” is whited out. If someone messed up back then, I believe that they would have had to start over. Erasers would have messed the carbon copy (if there was one) and I remember when I was a kid, that every kind of doc had a carbon copy.

Barry’s signature in high school, was described. That’s all I could find. BUT on the Selective Service form, supposedly filed in 1982, his signature is far from being what is described and looks like his sig now.

My sig has changed RADICALLY since I was 18, and I’m almost the exact age of Barry. Fraud.

Unfortunately for you, the entire US legal system disagrees with your definition of NBC. Besides, Lakin knew that Obama’s father was not an American - it is not like Obama hid it. Lakin had his answer already - I don’t know why he didn’t do the honorable thing and simply resign his commission.

My guess is that the “R” is another persons name where the third letter is a “R”. For instance the name Chris?

I don’t know but this re-release of a modified COLB confirms we are on the right track.
