One Freeper's take on the birth certificate releasae
April 27, 2011 | self

Here are the points I see 1) This is a big win for Trump and America. 2) The release has killed Obama's plan to use a Clintonian rope a dope with this issue. I think he planned to let this issue simmer until October 2012 then pull the rug out from under Trump or whoever the GOP nominee is. That card has been played and it still hasn't killed the issue, you can hear that in the way it is being reported. 3) There are still a few serious questions about the document and what it does. Since Obama's mother was only 18 at his birth and his father being a Kenyan did he get the type of citizenship required to be president? 4) Trump is just beginning. If he could get Obama to answer this question in a month, he will have less trouble with other issues. How can Obama keep dodging demands to release his 2012 budget?

This is a long way from over and the score is Trump ONE Obama and the media ZERO so far.

I went to the white house web site and looked at the PDF. why does the page (at the bottom) have SNOPES WRITTEN ON IT?

The R looks different.

Why did the WH not release this as a jpg? Even if this was faked, there is no logical reason to release it as a pdf.

“I do not think this is the entire document”

Me neither. I think this was put together as an abstract from the original document and any negative info was omitted. Notice that at the bottom it says its a certified copy or an abstract.

Damn good question - we don’t have a particularly inspiring group of candidates. I’m hoping for Palin but she is playing this too close to the vest for my liking.

And Nixon’s vice president, Spiro Agnew, his father wasn’t an American at the time of his birth either. Vice presidents need to have the same qualifications as president.

Despite what others think, precedents do count. The fact is had Spiro hadn’t resigned and became Nixon’s successor, nobody would have brought up his natural born status. Nobody brought it up when has was Vice President.

The fact that Barack Obama is president and the Electoral College voted for him, Congress certified the election, the federal bureaucrats and military takes orders from him, and the courts treat him as such means he is the legitimate president, despite all the academic wishful thinking and theorizing.

We live in a republic, not a democracy.

That being said, I wish the Supreme Court would decide on it, so people would stop spending hundreds of hours theorizing about it when that time can be spent on defeating liberals.

In the final analysis, nobody else has the final say on the matter except the Supreme Court.

Weren’t the birthers expecting to find that he didn’t have a valid birth certificate? That he was born in Kenya?

First I've heard of that. Though I do believe that speculation is fair game when someone is hiding all the info.

To define a "birther" as such is no different than those liberals who try to define a "Tea Party" member as racist.

The definition of a "birther" is one who prefers to trust but verify so I must be a birther and I am in GOOD company. :)

“The only good thing about this is that we can get Trump off stage”

I vote we leave him out there awhile longer. Its been entertaining to say the least.

The GOP primaries are going to be a huge snooze-fest without Donald. At least Donald would get a lot more people to watch the GOP debates.

Chester Arthur’s father was an Irish citizen when Chester was born. I’m not a lawyer but that seems to establish a precedent.

I don't think that is good enough to set a legal precedent. Arthur was dogged by questions his whole presidency about eligibility.

I think folks are missing the key issue. If his father had Kenyan citizenship at birth, then Obama’s “natural born citezenship” status is in doubt.

That Obama's father was never a citizen was never a secret. It was in Obama's autobiographies; everyone knew it.

But during the primary elections, none of Obama's opponents claimed that that made him ineligible to run. During the general election campaign, McCain and Palin never claimed that that made Obama ineligible. During that campaign, no conservative legal organization (Thomas Moore Center, ACLJ, Judicial Watch, etc.) ever filed a challenge to Obama's eligibility. No law professor wrote an op-ed article questioning Obama's eligibility.

After the election, no member of the electoral college questioned Obama's eligibility. When Vice President Cheney certified the electoral votes before a joint session of Congress, not one member of the House or Senate raised any objection to Obama's eligibility. Chief Justice Roberts swore Obama into office without questioning his eligibility.

At this point, the odds of any court in the U.S. defining "natural born citizen" to mean anything but a citizen who is born, not naturalized, is exactly zero.

I think that she and Trump are the ONLY republicans that tweak the Dems. They can take all the flak the MSM throws at them. Maybe their are the decoys?

On the signatures in box 18 and 19. View them from 400% to 600% zoom.

1) The signature of the mom on the last name after the D. That looks changed. Look at the width of the ink for example.

2) I find it interesting that both signatures look alike and are at the same angle.

3) Look at how similar the “A”’s are in both 18 and 19. What about the last “d” in Doctors first name and the loop in his last name..... Then compare the loop to the loop of the “h” om the mother’s signature. It’s identical.

The BC states that Barry’s father was at the university yet Stanley Ann had no occupation outside the home during the pregnancy.

This is odd, wasn’t she a student at the university as well?

Why wouldn’t she attend school at that time? Did she take a leave of absence?

What is that blurred-up mess in the MD check-off box? It almost totally obscures the “other” box on the line where (Stanley) signed.

Lots of problems with this document, I think.

why is the thing rolled?
why didn’t barry release this earlier, except to punish Lakin?

why didn’t he release the one he found folded in a book?

i think this release is bunk.

why is the original cert of live birth obtained from SNOPES?
barry certainly has a copy of it.

barry IS NOT AND NEVER HAS BEEN A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

barry is a LIAR.
