The original certificate should be released directly from the State of Hawaii, to the SCOTUS for review. That would settle things (or things are far, far worse than they appear).

I believe Orly Taitz said that if given discovery she would be on the next plane to Hawaii to get the document. They would NOT let Hawaii just send it.
