If 0bama was adopted by Lolo Soetoro in Hawaii, then his original birth records would have been sealed. Any BC issued to him nowadays would be a Certification, not a Certificate. And no one on his staff (or in the media) is smart enough to use this as a defense for not releasing his bc?

Apparently not. I’m not sure of the circumstances regarding his adoption, though. Maybe I’m injecting a little bit of my own ‘situation’. I dunno.
