NEW YORK (AP) - New York City entrepeneur Donald Trump today loudly criticized the Crown and the Soverign for various matters and issues
According to Mr. Trump, King George III "Does not know how to run a business, much less an empire. His taxes are too high on tea and horse livery, and, he will not let me expand into Lower Canada with my Trump Inns"
A distraught Trump also added "The King is not even British. He and his family are really Germans, and, the Czarina in Russia, the King's distant cousin, is also a German. I want to see King George III birth certificate....I do not think he is British-born".
Trump's comments have caused a stir throughout the Empire and the Colonies.
"Donald Trump is not going to find favor with any public official" commented Lord Karl, Earl of Rove. "And, questioning the King's birth location only helps the French, who will use such comments to launch a horse-and-buggy campaign to discredit the Empire."
Meanwhile, there has been much popular support in the Colonies for Trump and his comments.
In a recent poll conducted by Ye Olde Rasmussen polling services, Trump was leading the King by 65% to 31% in favorability among the King's subjects. When Wiliam Pitt the Younger is included in the polling, Trump still leads with 50% of support, compared to 35% for Pitt, and 11% for the King.
"Aye, Mr. Trump is correct" stated a New York livery worker who wished to remain anonymous. "the King is not British, and his whole family look like inbreeds. The King himself looks like he is retarded or something."
The Crown is considering taking some form of punitive action on Trump, perhaps, taking away his School of Apprentices, approved by the Crown for establishment in southern New Jersey.
I’ll give this ye olde thumbs-up!
>”Donald Trump is not going to find favor with any public official” commented Lord Karl, Earl of Rove.<
