Only 38% of Republican primary voters say they’re willing to support a candidate for President next year who firmly rejects the birther theory and those folks want Mitt Romney to be their nominee for President next year.

Let’s see. If The Donald gets the nomination... I am imagining the first presidential debate.

Geez.

Well, it will be a ratings bonanza.

Oh boy. Bleh

The problem with these ‘early’ polls is that McCain was at the bottom in early polls for the 2008 election.

How the primaries are ‘fixed’ will determine the nominee, just like they did in 2008.

A birther and a denier and a teabagger are terms the MSM and the rest of the liberals use to demean and ridicule the opposition. Any challenge to conventional libral thought is deemed a threat.

If Trump is the nominee you can forget about moving any social issues forward.

I’m really anxious to here the Rove-Beck-O’Reilly-Coulter explanation for this poll. Talk about egg on your face.

Trump is hardly a Republican. He's 64 years old and he declares himself a GOP presidential contender, never having before publicly identified with the party. This doesn't pass the smell test. Neither do his multiple contributions to leftist 'Rats, which are on the record for all to see.

I credit him for pushing the Obama constitutional eligibility issue, but that by itself doesn't make him a realistic choice for the presidency. One should also be concerned about Trump, after failing to obtain the GOP nomination, running a Ross Perot style third party campaign that would likely help the 'Rats.
