Dang blame it, Paul! I told you to stop making me laugh hard enough to give me a tummy ache!
That’s not civil at all.
OMGosh. The prospect of next spring is hanging over my head like the sword of Damocles. Poo.

Nothing, nothing. Move along. Nothing to see here. The show’s over folks. Go back to your homes and hug your children. Take it easy, and back away from the paulycy.

I think we need to stop using the term "blog pimp". It is so uncivil. Instead we should refer to such posters as:
Good
Natured
Obstensibley
Marvelous
Exemplary
Souls
Much more civil, don't you all think? ;-)

You gotta watch those gnomes. They are always getting into trouble. First it's stealing socks from dryers, then it's excerpting their blogs for hits. Crafty little stinkers.

Lol. And to think the gnomes look so innocent too, yet are capable of such acts!

I must be off to bed now.
Please keep it civil.
I don't want to be greeted in the morning with locked threads and the like. ;-)

and making the cops pull you over for anything and everything. meanwhile they cant find the gang bangers that stole a case of water out of my car even when they got the license plate #. SO F U CALIFORNIA COPPERS for carrying out these orders. And dont give me any crap cause I know exactly what they were doing in the NY stations. Only there they just say arrest people and we will make up the charges later.

So who authored this internal memo? One would think if the author has access to this memo, the name of the author would be provided.Doing some digging,I found this: "ABC News obtained a 1996 internal memo in which the lawyer for the Bureau of Unclaimed Property argued against expanding programs to notify rightful owners. He wrote, "It could well result in additional claims of monies that would otherwise flow into the general fund."
The same article also says something that the Mises.org article fails to mention: "California's unclaimed property program was so out of control that, last year, the courts issued injunctions barring the state from seizing any more property until it made reforms. Since then, Chiang has taken several steps to try to clean up the program."
Um, what? How can property be accused of a crime?
Same legal principle as drug asset forfeitures. They don't even need to file criminal charges against a person. They just file against the property and take it.

Forget the MODs.
