Asking someone for their proper ID is not irrational. Not asking is irrational. The Democrats demanded that John McCain present his birth certificate back in 2008 and it went before the Senate Judicary Committe for review.

The inability of the Clintons to have delivered what would have been the knockout punch is the acid test here. If Oh-Bummer was not qualified to be President, and that could have been proven, do you suppose this would have been overlooked by Clinton machine? No chance.
I think there is SO MUCH MORE to it than the birth certificate issue, even just related to eligibility. I would like to see a few more on the right, both the politicians and the commentators, allow for the possibility that there is substance to the fact that he may not be eligible. Just at least leave it as an open question that others can pursue if they don’t wish to be seen as a “birther” or whatever......

I don’t believe Obama was eligible but I am pragmatic about it and don’t trust Trump a bit.
The fact is that even if Obama were proven ineligible today, he would remain in office till the next election and his voters wouldn’t bat an eye at voting for him again. Meanwhile the power behind this administration would continue to do as they’ve been doing and nothing would change.
Better to get states to require proof and deal with the policies we can do something about.

It doesn’t matter WHERE he was born. If BHO1 was a British subject, and Stanley was not old enough to confer citizenship, then Barry is apparently not an NBC in any regard. If BHO1 is not his father, then maybe Barry IS and NBC, but that still does not address his mother’s alleged age status at the time of his birth or her ability to confer to Barry.

This is always one of the dumbest arguments of the anti-"birthers". Is it so hard to conceive of family trying to find a way to make an infant, born elsewhere, a US citizen to enjoy all the benefits that being a citizen of this country has to offer? You don't think that there are illegals today that try any means necessary to make their children appear to be US-born citizens? It has nothing to do with their planning a Presidential parade 40 years down the road.
