There is obviously a distinction. In the case of the transcript, you have the official issuer confirming the document as real. You could presumably get an investigator to go look at the public record and find it. They have a counterpart where they have converted the historical document to a computer entry which they have printed out for you (with the same entry data) and issued as a current official document.
Nothing on the COLB can be confirmed as real by anyone and it is almost certainly a photoshop manufactured document.
I will concede you could duplicate the U of W documents with photoshop but the U of W would tell you they weren't real.
Matter of fact, the circumstances and manner in which the U addressed the error about the August versus September issue ought to give you some comfort about the effort to preserve the actual record. Assuming the letter posted above is real, they are addressing circumstances in which they had given Corsi a letter attesting to the accuracy of the initial printout of the computer record reflecting conversion of the historical original entry transcript which computer conversion record is clearly in error. So they write this letter admitting error; describing why it happened; and describing the real facts; as we knew they existed. (By they way, I never talked to them. I have no idea what the impetus was to write the current letter--I have assumed you knew or made it happen although I have never thought to ask.)
Now their books of original entry might in fact have already been tampered with but what they are now saying is consistent only with the existence of one of the original old form transcripts in a binder. I remain on the position that it is difficult to see how that could have been created fraudulently but I am not going to say it is not possible.

When I looked thru the Tyees from 1961 to 1964, I ran across a couple of pages in one of them devoted to a school organization dedicated to bringing young people in from Kenya to attend the University. It had a lot of forerunner PC language in the write up and some photos of students from outside the U.S. What was it with the big push on Kenya at that time? There were plenty of countries in the world with people of Negro ancestry if that’s what the reason was. Why Kenya?

If you look through a Tyee (U of W yearbook) from the early 1960’s, there are tons and tons of photos of girls wearing dark sweaters with that neckline and a string of pearls. They had an almost infinite resource available for photo parts.

And I do want to make it clear, I posted that ONE image of that (unnamed) girl only as an example. But HOW that cloning tool works as shown in the video, is fascinating.
As well, no doubt in my mind that Obama's Father is NOT the guru Kenyan of the early sixties; but am not at all convinced that SAD is not his Mother as Obama definitely favors her, photographically. But not discounting entirely; other possibilities. Still. . .find SAD reasonable; albeit what we know about her, is too, a bit 'biographically doctored'.
Quite possible, this clandestine birth began with SAD's being pregnant but not wanting birth father to know. . .say a married Frank Marshall Davis; or the ignominious, Black Panther cause celeb. A calculated maneuvering to insure, that there was no doubt, Obama did not belong to either of these men - while trying to synch with plausibility; his paternity to Obama; and hence, any number of inconsistencies, errors; and puzzle pieces, that do not fit.
(OR; OTOH. . .the paternity WAS known; and Obama groomed/paid for by communist; and/or Muslim hierarchy by NOI connections - which would lead one, more likely to 'Black Panther' paternity. Certainly no question of Obama's ME connections; Muslim sympathies and totalitarian world view. All of which fit, 'here'.
Bottom line; Obama's life began as a fraud; and continues to this day. We know there is nothing authentic to fill Obama's otherwise, empty suit.
Just learned last week; from reporting at WND that Obama and Michelle's name; no longer (was it ever. . .thought so) on mortgage of 'their' Chicago home; and now 'three' names - of supporters - have this holding/address; with exception of the two, who call this house; 'their home'. We knew about Pakistani Rezko; but the story has enlarged itself.
(At this point, with so many inauthenticities clamoring for attention; finding out SAD had a baby girl; and Obama was 'in hospital' for his missing Columbia months, could not be surprising. /sarc off/ of course; but hey, why not?)
We DO know that Obama is both fraud and perp; of the highest order; and we know - unlike his fake biography - his threat to America, is absolutely real. . .

In HI they call those flower trees plumeria, and it does look like one. Kids do Halloween in HI although IIRC it doesn’t seem as big there (when I was there) as on the mainland.

One reason to add a pirate costume that I can think of is to make it fit into a certain time (October of some year), or to cover up something in the photo that would reveal something unwanted.
Yeah, I knew that’s what you meant. My point was, it was even easier than you knew.
I’ve been using the cloning tool on images for 14 years. I might use a different approach on the pearls photo. I’d pick a photo with a good neck, neckline, etc. Then I’d “lift” from another photo or create Ann’s head and paste it over the existing face and head paying attention to the size so it matched the neck and shoulder size (and angle to avoid something like the giraffe woman syndrome). Then I’d fix up anything in the background that might be showing from the original head. Depending on how it looked, I might do it over and, before I pasted her head on, I might erase the other head and blend the background first. At any rate, I wouldn’t have to even use layers or advanced tools to do it.
