(Apr. 3, 2011) — It has been reported that the image of Obama’s purported Certification of Live Birth has been removed or is otherwise unavailable from the website of Factcheck.org as of April 3, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. EDT.
The image still appears on Obama’s “Fight the Smears” website from 2008. Under the image there is a submission with Factcheck’s logo which reads:
When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.
Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.

Phil Berg is a Hillary supporter who filed suit against Obama and the DNC. The case was reaching a critical point in mid-October of 2008 and Judge Surick was treating the issue with respect. All of a sudden he reversed himself and issued a decision saying that Berg had no legal standing. And every judge since then has ruled the same thing, regardless of whether it was another candidate who sued, or a military officer who has sworn to protect the US Constitution from enemies foreign and domestic, or anybody.
Now the rest of the story. Judge Surick’s “decision” was faxed to him from somebody else, and he forwarded it as if it was his own. When he forwarded it to Berg, the date/time stamp from the original fax Surick received, which was being forwarded, remained on every page of that decision.

For a judge to let somebody else make his decision for him, and pass it off as if it was his own, there had to have been some kind of threat involved.
IOW, it looks very probable that our judiciary has been threatened into letting Obama’s thugs write the decisions.
In such a situation, what could either Hillary or McCain have done, even if they had the political will?

Exactly ... Obama could have been born in the WH Lincoln bedroom. If, in fact, his father is BHO Sr., a Kenyan (and British subject) studying in the U.S. (as a foreign student) on a temporary student visa ... Obama Jr. doesn't, under any circumstances whatsoever, qualify to be POTUS.
