Not everything has an ulterior motive.
Some eligibility questioners go with the birth certificate angle. Others go with the NBC angle, i.e. birthplace plus parents. Very few go with both.
Personally, I like the NBC route but the thing about the BC is that it is just one of numerous documents that Obama is concealing. Trump and Cain or whoever can start with the BC and add other demands to it. Passport. College records. Legislative records, etc.
To me, the idea is to make as many people as possible suspicious of Zer0. Even if the charges simply turn them off about him.
We’re engaged in politics with 0. No court is going to declare him ineligible and demand he quit and the Congress will not impeach him.
So let’s create all the negative PR possible for him.

And he does an excellent jon of showing that former colonies which pursue an anti-colonialist, redistributionist ideology do very poorly compared to those who pursue free market strategies.

As a class, these people are in abject treason to their countrymen, and will all have to face that horrid truth as they leave this life. They went to Washington, swore an oath to uphold the Constitution, then set about doing everything in their power to destroy all that it stands for.
This is what happens when the people become disengaged from the process, and let their employees run the show, unsupervised. That must change, or we are doomed as a nation. I can only hope that our people's new-found political awareness and activism is enough to stop us from sailing into the abyss in time.
