American Thinker has been kind enough to post some 70 blogs of mine, but none has generated as much response as the one last Friday on Donald Trump's demand that the president release his birth certificate.
I never had much use for Trump in the past, but you've got to hand it to him in this case. Instead of hunkering down and apologizing when called a racist, he has doubled down on his bet and even released his own birth certificate. What? A Republican who refuses to grovel before Jesse Jackson when called a racist?

Mario Apuzo and Commander Kerchner on The Peter Boyles Show yesterday.
Kerchner believes that SAD went to Kenya in her 2nd trimester with the intention to be there to give birth and then leave the child with the eldest female of the Obama family. Having second thoughts she returned to the States with the baby. Of course then the parents freaked out and scrambled to get the birth registered in Hawaii.

This way he can completely avoid explaining to his listeners why he was deaf, dumb, and blind to Obama’s eligibility for the past 2 1/2 to 3 years. Clever!
Speaking of "shows," I find it an especially delicious irony that Jeffrey Immelt apparently is very close to the Obama administration, and yet Trump's "Apprentice" series is on NBC.
I'm thinking that for as long as the current run of "Celebrity Apprentice" is on the air (with its live finale), NBC will be treating Trump with kid gloves. Either that, or Trump feels safe to speak while his TV show is running. After all, it's not like NBC will pull "Apprentice" in mid-season to retaliate.

Trump would not have brought up Obama’s birth certificate if he wasn't absolutely sure that Fox would report on it. It was likely prearranged with Fox.

If he was born in a hospital in the states, he would have released a long form.
Two options:
Born on a commune somewhere in the states or born overseas. Either way, Stanley Ann Dunham didn’t give a flying fark about her son’s citizenship status. Never aquired any papers for him whatsoever. She hated the bastard because he reminded her of his father Obama SR.
Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen as required by the Supreme Law of the land but the real kicker is that he’s not even a citizen of the U.S. No proof exists. He’s a fargin illegal alien. A citizen of the world. That’s why all his SSN#’s are phony.
They say a grand jury can indict a ham sandwich but the State Run Media can get a Marxist, Muslim, America-hating, faggot illegal alien elected to the highest office in the land.

For me, Levin has been the biggest disappointment. Obama would not have an agenda if the Supreme Law of the land was still worth the paper it’s written on. Levin has to know this.
I don’t know what it is with the ENTIRE so called conservative media and capon Repubikans. My only guess is a not so subtle “Remember Vince Foster” threat went out to all the talking heads and politicians. Most likely from the ballerina.
I elected to not waste a post and correct that year after I realized the typo, and most people elect to not waste a post responding to probable typos which don't change the meaning of a post.

Yeah, I noticed yesterday Drudge was all over the story. He had Trumps photo up and two links to articles about him not producing a "valid" certificate. Today ( as of this posting ), the Trump photo and links are gone , but no mention of him releasing the state certificate. Whats up with Drudge on this ?
I love Mark Levin, but he’s got something of a blind spot where it comes to Obama’s eligibility. Frankly, the man sounds exactly like someone who’s got a severe information deficiency on the issue.
He’s far too smart, and way too brave, to sidestep the issue out of moral, or intellectual cowardice.
My guess is, where it comes to the bc issue, Mark just begins tuning out, as soon as anyone brings it up. As a consequence, he’s severely under-informed about it.
Perhaps Trump will be the one who finally gets through to him. Heaven help Obama, if he does.
No earthly clue, but this is The Donald we're talking about. If he wants this to be news, it's gonna be news, whether Drudge thinks it is, or not.

I’m not sure that Trump is aware of the “two citizen parent” definition of NBC that’s why I contacted the web site.
With regard to his children, I’m assuming those are his children with Ivanka? I don’t know if she is or had to become a Naturalized Citizen. If she was Naturalized before they were born, then yes, they’d be eligible for the Office of POTUS.

Barry Soetoro returned to America about 1971 as an Indonesian Refugee. Shortly after that, BHO Sr. returned to Hawai’i to complain before a Hawaii’i Circuit Court he was not notified and did not consent to the Soetoro adoption.
The Soetoro adoption was voided and Barry name was legally changed to Barack Hussein Obama, born Aug. 4, 1961 in Honolulu, HI. The Court ordered a new vital record to be created and “filed” with the Hawaii’i DoH. The vital record is not “accepted” because there is no attestation by a doctor or hospital administrator.
The Court does not have jurisdiction to naturalize an Indonesian citizen. Naturalization is an Executive Branch function. BHO II would have had to present himself to the U.S. Embassy in Honolulu, HI to apply to recover his U.S. Citizenship and take an Oath of Allegiance to naturalize.
The reason Barack’s SSN, beginning with 042, doesn't match his state or zip code when applying was because BHO II used the services of American Resettlement Organization (ARO) to obtain his SSN. Most likely the ARO was Headquartered in Connecticut or New York.
Only refugees who have been referred by UNHCR or by the US embassy in the country of asylum are eligible for the US Refugee Resettlement Program. Usually refugees with family are referred together as a single group.
The Department of State’s Bureau for Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM) oversees this program. The State Department develops application criteria, refugee admission ceilings and presents eligible cases to the Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) for adjudication.

The resettlement organization that assured a refugee’s case is responsible for assisting the refugee in the initial resettlement phase. Each resettlement organization provides a variety of services to promote early self-sufficiency and cultural adjustment. The following activities take place within the first thirty days of arrival.
* Application for Social Security Number
Most newly arrived refugees desperately want a permanent home. Resettlement organizations work hard to find housing for refugees that is safe, sanitary, of a sufficient size, affordable, and accessible to public transportation. Some US cities and towns offer more housing options than others. Refugees need social security numbers in order to seek employment or enroll in school. All refugees register with the Social Security Administration as soon as possible.
* School Registration
All refugee children are enrolled in school upon arrival in the US.
* Medical Evaluation
Even though refugees are medically screened prior to entering the US, each is examined again by medical professionals in their new communities. At this time, the refugee is familiarized with the local American health care system. He or she also receives needed inoculations and any other necessary treatments.
