New video released Thursday afternoon indicates National Public Radio intended to accept a $5 million donation from fictitious Muslim Brotherhood front group Muslim Education Action Center (MEAC) Trust – and that the publicly funded radio network might have helped MEAC make the donation anonymously to protect it from a federal government audit.
When a man posing as Ibrahim Kasaam asked, “It sounded like you were saying NPR would be able to shield us from a government audit, is that correct?” NPR’s senior director of institutional giving, Betsy Liley, responded, “I think that is the case, especially if you are anonymous. I can inquire about that.” According to conservative James O’Keefe, whose Project Veritas organization conducted the NPR sting organization, the man posing as Kasaam made two follow-up phone calls to Liley after their lunch.
Liley said a $5 million donation would amount to about “10 years of support.”
Kasaam follows up by asking: “The fact that NPR is not only a tax-exempt organization, but also receives direct contributions from the government — does that invite some sort of government oversight or government examination of contributions, et cetera?”
Liley answered: “They have audited our programs at times and, I think, as part of that, they can look at our audited financials. If you are concerned in any way about that, that’s one reason you might want to be an anonymous donor. And, we would certainly, if that was your interest, want to shield you from that.”
Liley mentioned a precedent at NPR — in more than $80 million in donations from universities

The point is not to sit around saying “business as usual” and joke about this among Freepers. We need to scream this far and wide.

Otherwise, if all we do is sit around gloating, we have wasted the opportunity that has been dropped in our laps to educate and expose.

That’s a load of crap. The reason the people are uninformed is because the media is actively surprising the truth.
Why? Because they KNOW that when people learn the truth, change happens. Change that is dangerous to their leftist agenda.
That’s where we come in. INFORM. EDUCATE. ENGAGE.
That’s the only way we will win. Not by whining about how people are stupid and moaning about how the “media” aren’t doing their jobs.

Me, too. Every time I ever turned on NPR, it was some study about gayness. Reminded me of that Pacifica crap out of San Fransicko.
They need to understand that these people-—like all hyphenates who have invaded the US-—are building a separate nation to serve their needs on US soil.
It was all propaganda to normalize homosexuality and make it “good” instead of the nihilistic, disgusting, narcissism which it is in reality.
NPR is a conditioning, brainwashing tool of Marxists and homosexuals to destroy the Christian paradigm of Western Civilization and destroy Capitalism and freedom. It is to create a mass of non-logical, non-thinkers who can be easily herded and led to their little collective hut where they can be programmed to group think.
She actually said "your gift up to 5 million you mentioned at that level would be 10 YEARS OF SUPPORT"
IE: For 5 Million Dollars, NPR would give the "Muslim Brotherhood" 10 YEARS OF SUPPORT.
SUPPORTING THEIR CAUSE WHICH IS THE DESTRUCTION OF ISRAEL.
Wonder what other Years of Support NPR (government supported) has given to foriegn causes. Cuba? Sandanista’s, the Taliban, Russia, OTHERS?
