President Obama has sure held to his word, when he said he will try and transform America. His attempts at controlling health care and environment protection are two proof pudding examples that this administration promotes a socialist-style government, rather than a Republic for which it stands.
The Constitution says that we are a Republic, with representatives chosen by the People. The document is designed to protect the People from foes, both foreign and domestic, and in particular from a meddling central government. It is not a carte blanche tool to be broken, but an instrument superior to elected officials, judges opinions, religious declarations, and indeed, the executive branch.
ObamaCare is an assault on free market and individual choice
If fully enacted, it will dissolve most private insurance companies, because it restricts them from calculating risk and making a profit. It takes insurance out of insurance company. In the current market, we have a system whereby well people pay for sick peoples care. Since individuals with pre-existing conditions (a fancy word for being sick) do not need to purchase an insurance policy in advance any longer, insurance companies will naturally fail for lack of resources.
The only ones to survive survive with exorbitant premiums which would be available to the ultra-rich and famous alone. The rest of us, having nowhere else to go, are forced into federally subsided insurance let us realistically call national Medicaid.

This is his life's work - his life's goal. If we beat him and the scoialists and Communists that are rioting in Wisconsin on this goal of taking over our country with the unions - he will be crushed.
Let's us chant USA USA USA USA USA USA
Congress could do a great deal to restore the Constitution by prohibiting any government agency from making rules with the weight of law.
A letter to your senators and representatives:
Dear _______________, it has become increasingly obvious that the president intends to use the power of the MANY governmental agencies to bypass the will of the people and Congress. For that reason, it is imperative for Congress to reclaim the power it has abdicated to the executive branch. I propose a simple amendment that be put in EVERY bill voted on by Congress until it passes. The wording is similar to the following:
“No government agency, organization, or entity created by Congress in the past or future shall have legislative or judicial powers. For the purpose of this amendment, legislative power shall be construed to mean the making of any rule violation of which renders a citizen, legal entity, corporation, or company of any state or the United States to imprisonment, fine, excessive or punitive fee, or other punishment. Judicial power shall be construed to mean, the holding of any evidentiary hearing not presided over by an Article III court or the issuance of findings which result in imprisonment, fine, or punishment of a citizen, legal entity, corporation, or company of any state or the United States.
Under this law, all current rules implemented by any government agency, organization, or entity created by Congress that has legislative or judiciary powers as defined above will become null and void five years from the date of passage unless approved by normal constitutional means.”
Please consider this carefully.
Sincerely, _____________
The backlash is building by the hour and it is going to dwarf anything the adolescent Left could even dream of. The more they stomp their feet the bigger the coming backlash will be.
