The following letter was sent to Speaker of the House John Boehner:

Dear Speaker Boehner,
America has a non-documented, non-naturalized, Indonesian citizen-dual citizen usurper sitting in the White House, Barack Hussein Obama/Soebarkah/Barry Soetoro. The first two names were given to him by his mother Ann Dunham Soetoro on her 1965 passport #F777788, issued July 19, 1965, renewed July 18, 1970. His name Barry Soetoro his Indonesian step-father Lolo Soetoro gave him when he entered Barry in an Indonesian school.
Obama/Soebarkah/Barry Soetoro admits he was born of a foreign father who was born a British subject of a British colony and then became a Kenyan citizen, but Obama Sr. was NEVER an American citizen. Obama/Soebarkah/Barry Soetoro is therefore NOT a NATURAL-BORN citizen. If America is to believe the usurper’s claimed-but-not-proven-parentage, he was not eligible to run for President in 2008, under our U.S. Constitutional requirements. You, all of congress and the Supreme Court have defied our Constitution, by allowing this fraud and deception to continue in the Oval office of the people’s White House.

What are they so afraid of — do they think that the American people will take to the streets to riot like they are in the Middle East once Barry’s fraud is totally exposed? If the law is followed, then the entire Obama administration must step down, and John Boehner takes over the Presidency until elections are held in 2012. Now there’s a scenario I could live with - of course the Lefties and their minions will take to the streets and all hell will break out....which is what Obama has wanted all along. I would rather it be us against them than them against us, if you get my drift.
It would be nice if they’d actually do this but at this point can’t imagine it happening.
I don’t understand at all why citizens whose lives are being changed by this imposter aren’t considered by the courts to “have standing”.
Anyone that riots in opposition of removing an illegally seated president should be jailed for treason. It’s seems pretty clear that those that support an illegally seated president have not sided with the the US and thus are enemies of the nation.
I’m just afraid Boehner has a few dark secrets in his closet he doesn’t want known (as do most of us, but especially those in Congress), or threats have been made against him or his family. There does not seem to be a man alive who is willing to back up, “give me liberty, or give me death”, but I see a few women willing to give it a shot.

The politicians and the courts do not want to touch the NBC qualfication issue, particularly the politicians who were members of the 111th Congress that allowed Obama/Soetoro to usurp the office. At minimum there will be political consequences for these memebers down the road through the election process.
However, that does not prevent a sitting president for being charged with crimes that occured before his attainment of office. Identity theft is a felony, using multiple SSN’s and someone elses SSN is a felony. Let’s see that SS-5 application form for Obama’s Connecticut SSN.

I think one of the law suits named the 111th congress in the eligibility case along with Obama/soetoro. May be another reason they would not respond. Culture of corruption with many players and enablers
I have never never understood why more ‘journalists” haven’t investigated 0dumbo’s SS numbers.
Unlike all his other records there is documentation he used a SS# that was from a state where he never lived and a number that had already been assigned

According to http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos249.htm the number of active service officers in the US armed forces in January 2005 was 210 882.
And Kiltie65, to my knowledge not one of the 210,882 active duty “commissioned officers” publicly supported Colonel Lakin. Moreover, there are on active duty at any one time, on or about 230 Army Generals, 208 Air Force and 60 Marine officers. Could not find info for Navy Admirals. Not one of them, again “to my knowledge”, supported Colonel Lakin. For the record, a few “retired” officers have..........to their everlasting credit. And, if anyone believes our republic is not endangered by this man, thereby warranting at least a “hellllllloooooooo” by our military officer corps, I have a bridge I’ll sell you! But, no, not a tweet or a twitter, an email to an editor or a conference..............nothing!
All this deafening “silence” from our officer corp despite the fact that ALL quarter million of them (the “class” of U.S. Military Officers) took an oath to “defend the constitution”. And, please anyone spare me that “they can’t criticize or they will be fired”.............that’s my whole point!.....Lakin did criticize because out of a quarter million officers he thought the constitution and his “oath” was important enough for “someone” to stand up! I would bet a thousand that he NEVER thought that “not one” other active duty officer would support him.
Having served on an Admirals Staff a couple years, and being physically located from him each day by only about 10 feet, I remember being in awe of the guy............at 21 years old.....................now, not so much!
And, for the record, Fox News has lost ALL credibility whatsoever by not “reporting” this news.
