Arizona will decide whether Obama gets reelected or not

New information has come to the fore that explains in detail why President Obama simply does not want to show his birth certificate. The controversy has to do with the idea that the President’s legal name on his birth certificate is Barry Soetoro not Barrack Obama. It also has to do with the idea that all kinds of white lies were told on his college transcripts so he could qualify for student aide as a foreign student under the name Barry Soetoro. This is a story about potential fraud on a grand scale which is why the President does not want to show his birth certificate.

Back in April of 2010 the Arizona legislature had crafted a law requiring that presidential candidates present their birth certificates and supporting documents proving their eligibility for the 2012 presidential elections and beyond. The argument was that the Congress simply did not do its job in vetting President Obama and the Arizona legislature would make sure this would never happen again. At the time the president of the Arizona senate did not bring the bill up for discussion and therefore stalled the bill. Had it come up for a vote the bill would have passed.

Imagine if during the 2012 elections Obama refuses to show his birth certificate.

Sounds like Barry may have applied and went to school on foreign aid to game the system. This is more than a name change.

From the US State Department:

d. This statute is no longer operative, however, and its formula is not included in modern nationality statutes. In any event, the fact that someone is a natural born citizen pursuant to a statute does not necessarily imply that he or she is such a citizen for Constitutional purposes.

Yes, there should be one somewhere because that is how adopted children track their birth mothers.

He was born on a US military reservation to two US citizens. That’s a naturally born citizen.

That's impossible!!! If the short form isn't fraudulent, then his long form MUST have his name listed as Barrack Hussein Obama.

Could the short form be fraudulent?

Your son, like John McCain, is a citizen by statue because one or both parents are U.S.citizens.

Three types of citizenship are recognized by our government: native born (born in the U.S.); citizen by statue (born outside U.S. with one or more parents a U.S.citizen); and naturalized citizen (foreign national naturalized as U.S.citizen).

The only place in our legal system where Natural Born Citizen appears is as an eligibility requirement in the U.S. Constitution for President of the United States. NBC is NOT a type of citizenship but an eligibility requirement only and no one has a right to be President.

Natural Born Citizen is mentioned in SCOTUS cases and has been described thus: a Natural Born Citizen is born in the U.S.A. to citizen parents (both parents are citizens).

This indicates that to be eligible for the Presidency one must be born within the United States and both parents are citizens.

Ronald Reagan was born in Illinois to parents who were both U.S. citizens. He was eligible to be President.

Native born citizen: Gov. Jindal was born in the U.S. but his parents were then citizens of India. He is not eligible for the Presidency.

Citizen by statute: Sen. John McCain was born in Panama to U.S. citizen parents. The Panama Canal Zone was leased by the U.S. Government for administrative purposes and was NEVER U.S. territory. He is not eligible for the Presidency.

Naturalized citizen: Gov. Arnold Schwarznegger was an Austrian citizen who naturalized as an U.S. citizen. He is not eligible to be President.

I hope this clarifies things for you. People can be citizens but not automatically be eligible to be President.

Barack Obama should give Barry Soetoro a full pardon, and then announce that he is dropping the name Barack Obama.

During the last midterm election Russell Pearce was elected president of the senate and he has vowed to bring the eligibility bill up for a vote. The odds of passage are very high which means the issue of Obama’s birth certificate will be front and center for the 2012 elections.

Pearce is a real bull dog (and I mean that in a GOOD way). I have no doubts that it will be brought up and passed. I'll be contacting him with a "reminder" to do so.

What I meant to say was his worshippers will say it was just an oversite and it’s not a big deal. They bought the COLB hook, line and sinker.

And Mccain has been trying to destroy this country for decades. I truly believe he was brainwashed and works for the commies.

More propaganda to mislead the sheep to think about other reasons then his NBC issue.

He is still illegal...exchanging one foreigner as a father for another leaves him still ineligible to hold office. Therefore, no pardon forthcoming unles Sarah Palin wants to give it him as President. But then then I don’t think that she would get re-elected in 2012 just as Gerald Ford didn’t after his pardon of Nixon.

Juan McCain has also been backed by George Soros, as was Hillary. So George had his choice of which candidate to install in the White House. Ultimately George chose Zero.

I saw him on FNC a couple of times and I found him to be a tough cookie who smirks at RATS opposing his views!

I just hope that the finger is pulled off the dam!

And Rush, Hannity and O’Rielly will say it’s not a big deal.

Along with RINO, Eric Cantor (R), House Majority Leader who said it's no big deal.

I guess he didn't read our Constitution either.

What's up with these fools?

Not according to Vattel’s “Law of Nations”. Oh, and it’s Natural Born Citizen.

No, it was the state legislatures that dropped the ball. They have always had the constitutional power to prevent foreigners from becoming receiving their electoral votes.
