Library cards are good enough for the State Department for the issuance of passports. The higher standard of evidence should be the standard for candidates to be put on presidential ballots and that is the long form birth certificate.
I have seen as a major birther talking point that one cannot get a passport or a drivers license with a COLB.
So what.
