CBS News allowed the following comment to be published on its website, following an article about Obama’s visit to Arizona yesterday:

... Who were the doctor(s) and nurse(s) at Kapi`Olani that delivered Barack? My ex-wife worked at the hospital and I understand the records at Kapi’Olani are impeccable. Where are the foot prints? What public records exist that can even demonstrate that Mrs. Obama was even at Kapi’Olani on the day of Barack’s birth? Talk at Kapi`Olani, would have been unabashed, the city of Honolulu at the time very racist towards black people.

I have discovered that you must be a slow learner. I took you to school a couple of days ago on this very issue. My proposal Is about a certified copy of one’s BC, not other documentation. You realize the State Dept. refuses to accept some BC’s to get a passport. Only those BC’s that are accepted by the State Dept. to receive a passport would be acceptable for POTUS ballot access. It makes for a very objective national standard that is easy to understand for everyone. The feedback I have received from fellow Freepers has very positive to my proposal.

Now where is your proposal for an eligibility law? I have heard nothing. Where's the beef??

Why do you lie so much? A certified copy of a long form birth certificate is needed not some abstract shortened form abstract of it. Jus soli US births are not the only criteria to meet who would be natural born citizens. Your proposal is hogwash that attempts to give Obama a pass.

And it is so easy to post what you have said. Here you say you would take the same standards of evidence for someone who is issued a US passport to be placed onto a presidential state ballot:

Good one! I remember hearing Hannity ask a dem WHY he didn't include more $$ when he filled out his taxes. The answer was, well, the typical non-answer. As far as I know, it's perfectly legal to pay more to the IRS. Put your money where your dem. mouth is and do it! And then show us where you've reduced your own fortunes to $75,000.

Obama has responded to every law suit to which he is a party to, as any rational person would do when sued. All of responses have a Rule 12 Motion to Dismiss, a somewhat boilerplate pleading.

I don't know why Obama has not filed an answer to the lawsuit you link, but my educated guess is that the pro se plaintiffs have not properly served him and from the article it appears they do not realize that requirement. IIRC, Taitz couldn't figure out how to serve Obama in one of her suits and the Judge stepped in and got the service done 8 months later. It appears the Judge in this may not have the patience of Judge Carter in the Taitz case. We will see what happens.

The ‘grandfather clause’ was placed in the Constitution because nobody would have been able to qualify for office the first 35 years after the ratification of the Constitution. It is real simple and had nothing to do with the crackpot theory bantered about on these birther threads.
