Senate Resolution 511 was passed because McCain was not born in United States sovereign territory, so there was a concern as whether he was a NBC. Because the United States Code Title 8 Section 1401 provides that if a person is born to parents that are citizens outside the USA, that person is still natural born citizen. You must look to the context and background of why there was a Senate Resolution. It was not done in a vacuum. It was done because McCain was foreign born in Panama territory.

So no, Senate Resolution 511 offers zero support for the crackpot 2 citizen-parent if born in the USA theory.

BTW, I fail to see how SR 511 silenced any questions regarding Obama’s eligibility since it is totally irrelevant to Obama’s situation and the bogus theory being pushed by some in the birther crowd. That is another birther myth.

A. On the internet, no one knows you're a dog. I could also claim that I worked in the Reagan administration and had an autographed photo of Reagan in my office and no one would be able to prove or disprove it.

B. Even if you do, actions and words speak louder than claims of past history or photographs.

C. If you are so busy in the "real world", how on earth do you find hours and hours a day to lie and talk like a leftard on FR? Hmmm? Are there two of you, or you never sleep?
