The Los Angeles Times is reporting that Democrat Neil Abercrombie knew Barack Obama's parents when Obama was born here in 1961, and he has been aggravated by the so-called Birther movement, which alleges Obama was not born in the United States and thus should be expelled from office.
Now Abercrombie has an office of his own -- he became governor of Hawaii on Dec. 6. -- and he intends to do something about it. What, exactly, is unclear. But in an interview this week at the state Capitol, he left little doubt that torpedoing the conspiracy theorists was a priority.

Re: Watch this interview with Stephen Pidgeon where he makes the point that it is irrelevant where Obama was born since his father was a British subject at the time. Both parents must be citizens of the US for natural born status. Anyway the interview is interesting.

It doesn’t matter where he was born. Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen as required by the US Constitution to be eligible to the office of president, because his father was never a US citizen.

It would seem so,the whole thing is a convoluted bunch of crap this Governor saw them together but YET no one at a hospital remembers the birth?

And he will return to being Zero after 2012 unless the next Congress suddenly becomes more virtuous and Patriotic than the 111th. I read yesterday that a FOIA request to Occidental College for Obama’s records indicates that he applied for a scholarship as a foreign citizen/student.
Of course, this could merely have been a ploy to fraudulently obtain money under false pretenses.

I have no doubt Stanley met Bill Ayers out there in Seattle back in those days. The link with little Barry goes way back before Chicago IMHO.
I think Barry was cashing in on his Indonesian connections (was adopted by an Indonesian, lived in INdonesia, had an Indonesian passport). Walk like a duck - Quacks like a duck - but it is a formerly Indonesian Hawaiian boy who hates America - what a winning combo for Occidental College!
