My understanding is that Mitch McConnell presented a 1 page resolution to keep the govt funded through Feb. I’m no fan of Mitchie the Kid but when he does something right we should acknowledge it. I’m sure he will cave on something else any moment now.
I agree with your sentiments... I hope that Freepers and Tea Partiers (of whom I consider myself to be one) give the new GOP House support and encouragement to take the message of Nov. 2 and press for the changes this nation so badly needs.
BTW, proper grammar would alter your headline to “Whom Can You Trust?” But Johnny Carson’s first show on TV had a title similar to yours (”Who Do You Trust”) with the same wrong grammar... So you’re in good company.
