Wow, I checked a couple of threads at DU on Friday to see what their take on the TSA was - and they were bashing the Republicans - so they finally figured out ‘they’ were in charge?
This TSA boondoggle is crossing all party lines - at least everyone seems to be on agreement with an issue - for once.
Another quote:
“If this was the 1770s, a good portion of DU would be defending King George and opposing the founders. You will sacrifice your civil liberties without a whimper while defending those who strip your rights away. Disgusting.”
This is one of the rare issues that we really have common ground with DU. I think the TSA may really succumb to push back if it is this broad.
They had a poll over there last week asking how many are “socialists”. Net result: 70% of Dummies identify as “socialists”.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
I think we passed "unreasonable" quite some time ago. This is getting toward "somebody's butt gonna get kicked." 0bama better back these boys off or this is going to get violent, and if it's a Lefty who throws the punch and me on the jury, he walks.
