Dan Riehl of Riehl World View has a bit of a bombshell to drop on the arrogant, self-reverential "Senator of the people," Alaska's Lisa Murkowski -- she of the second hand Senate seat bequeathed to her by her father who held that seat himself. Riehl says that it is a commonly known, not-so-secret secret in Alaska that Lisa Murkowski is and/or was a major drug addict even as she served as Alaska's Republican Senator.
Murkowski recently lost her primary, as we all know, and suddenly she is now Mz independent because obviously having her in the Senate is far, far more important than anything as silly as the will of the voters! Perhaps her drug use explains her completely incomprehensible decision to continue running despite being turned out by her own voters?
So what did Riehl find...

It is one thing to run stories (true or not) about a candidate that the existing power structure is worried about
vs
running stories (albeit rumors) about one in that power structure.
Lisa is backed by Big Money. Which trnaslates to real power.
And of course Lisa and her crew will not provide ‘answers’ to a “freelance” writer that posts of a hack blog. I would expect any politician to do the same.
We’ll see if this gets any traction.
On another note, the author might have phrased this sentence better:
"So, in light of the halfwit Trig truther rumor that the Old Media went wild to report..."
Her head looks nothing like a Coke.
However, ever picture I see of her she is wearing this wild expression on her phiz. She looks frantic.
Wish I could read the page at the link on my Blackberry. But I can’t. Why do some bloggers think the internet is all about how much extraneous crap you can fit on each page?
Truth be known I'd bet if you drug tested every single employee of the Federal gubmint, including Congress and the POTUS, more than half would fail......starting at the top.....

I lived in AK and have family there, I have never heard of this before. Sounds like crap to me.

Pushing rumor as true is a classic political dirty trick - very hard to get away with in todays world.
Doesn’t mean someone won’t try tho....
It would be so simple for the blogger to post his content here while creating this thread.

They (blogpimp) won’t because (blogpimp) they would not get the traffic (blogpimp) they need for whatever reason.
Blogpimping has gotten bad of recent times.
