Here is video from Fox & Friends where Donald Trump was interviewed this morning, and he confirmed he is “seriously considering” a run for President in 2012. Trump said if he decides to run, he will run “as a Republican” – “I’m a Republican.”

Trump said if the U.S. continues on the current course, we will not be a great country 10 years from now.

Trump: “I’m totally being serious because I can’t stand what’s happening to the country.”

Wow. That would certainly shake up the GOP Nomination race.

Didn’t he run once before? Perhaps in 2000?

I wish he would first take over New York from the current management. If you are going to put megalomaniacs in charge, they ought to at least be megalomaniacs who are on our side, not the side of our enemies.

If Trump ran, it would split the non-socon vote. I presume his running would make it easier for Palin to win.

He needs to run for mayor not president.

He should run for NY Mayor first. See how he can handle that job.

Amen. Run for mayor and give Bloomberg a run for all of his money.

Well he has experience that might come in handy for the next POTUS.

Experience with bankruptcy.

The big difference between the two is that Trump ALWAYS works with other peoples’ money.

I’ll think about this next year.

Right now, we need to be getting out the conservative vote for next month.

And pressuring state lawmakers to require proof of eligibility before allowing Presidential candidates space on 2012 ballots.

Hey Don, how about running for Mayor of NY city first; then maybe run for Governor of NY. Prove you can handle either of those jobs first.

Our current experience is pretty good evidence that President isn’t really a good entry-level position.

At least our first lady would be on a looks par with France’s first lady....as opposed to what we’ve got now.
