She needs to add to her comment that it was no secret. She told the whole world about it on national TV ten years ago, but again maybe it was a secret because it aired on a show nobody watched, Bill Maher.
Or she could ask : We had a first lady, now a senator who had channelled Elanore Roosevelt in the White House. How is this different?
Bill Maher is a jerkoff.
How silly that she has to waste time on this tripe instead of moving the agenda. She probably did after these comments.
“At 1:03 in the video, one of the panelists on the show criticizes ODonnell for criticizing Halloween Wait a minute, I love this, youre a witch, you go Halloween is bad, Im not the witch, I mean wait a minute. She responds by explaining that she opposes witchcraft because she has had first-hand experience with what they do.”
“So, she tried it. She rejected it. And she learned from it.”
I’m trying to think back at all the stupid and foolish stuff I did in high school. Though I was a pretty normal kid, if the press really wanted to dig for all the details I could never run for public office, or want to.
I'll confess that I continued to be a dunce into my college years, back in the 1960's.
In particular, as part of my misguided idealism as Yankee going to school in Dixie, I became a card-carrying, dues-paying, meeting-attending member of the NAACP!
Later I wised up, transferring to a Conservative Christian college and dropped my NAACP membership. One thing I can say that was beneficial about attending those NAACP meetings is that I saw firsthand what a fraud that organization was and is to this day.
Believe me, having been in the belly of that beast, the NAACP is unquestionably a Marxist outfit through and through.
Listen to her speech at the Values Voters Conference in DC. She's bright enough o.k. but sometimes speaks before she thinks. Some call her crazy -- yeah, maybe, like a fox!
This "witchcraft" which I think I heard it was the Ouija Board, was done in HIGH SCHOOL!! She's turned Christian and put all that behind her!
Why, cause she’s a female??
How about Democrat hero Senator Robert Byrd at the age of 30:
"The Klan is needed today as never before, and I am anxious to see its rebirth here in West Virginia and in every state in the nation.".
It's all relative. Compared to you she seems like Einstein.
Right. This is the predictable point where Repubics tuck tail and disappear. We lack the stomach to counter the mud they sling, so we just throw in the towel and quit.
Stop being a tool.
I am 44 years old, which dates my high-school silliness to 1983-84.
I heard her. she accepts wrong interview then cancels ..makes not so funny jokes...maybe i should have said her handlers are not so bright.
I find it fascinating that all the talk about how her "witch" background will destroy her candidacy are coming from two groups: democrats and media (a single group, of course) and establishment Republicans.
Neither group says they wouldn't vote for her for this reason, but they automatically assume knuckle-dragging GOP base voters won't.
As a charter knuckle-dragger, I firmly disagree. I watched her video and it didn't change my opinion about her one bit. It was kind of stupid, but just about all of us went thru stupid phases as kids.
If there is anywhere in the world to get an idea of how the GOP base reacts to an issue, it's on FR, and your's is the first post I've seen here saying GOP voters will throw her under the bus for being a witch.
(KDs don't throw witches under the bus, we burn them. Everybody knows that.)
Which just goes to show how much Rove et all have in common with other members of the elite and how little with us KDs.
Since when do they have a problem sending witches to Congress anyway?
People on our side DON’T WALK ON WATER. We’re human. This would NEVER have gotten one line of type if she had been a dem... The MSM would have laughed.
