In a Der Speigel interview with Congressman John Lewis:
SPIEGEL: Has there been any change in the African-American community brought on by his presidency?Lewis: He has instilled a sense of hope. People need hope. I'll give you an example: I have a Congressional colleague from California who, out on the street one day, saw a young black man, as is the fashion these days, with his pants hanging down, showing his underwear. This young lady said to the man: "Pull up your pants. Son, pull up your pants for Barack Obama."
And do you know what happened next?
The man pulled up his pants.
So inspirational! So profound!
Like sagging poll numbers, President Obama would like America to pull up their pants, and not just figuratively and metaphorically speaking. In 2008 he said this:

[vomit]Pull up your pants, for Barack Obama [/vomit]

I’ll pull mine up after he kisses my white cracker a$$.
I’m sure Rachel Maddow and Keith Olbermann will be hopping over themselves trying to get this inspirational woman and young man into the national spotlight.... /s
He’s practicing for his stint in the local jail house lock-up. After all, what these nit-wits, don’t realize is this so-called fashion statement originated in prison because their drooping drawers are due to the cons’ belts being confiscated.
Just what we need, more government regulations!
PS — I would comply with the law by getting a kilt... because I’m a jerk. ;)
I have never understood, what this crap is all about. Making yourself look like a fool is what!!!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BkeAzqhlkNk
The Obama slogans were always stupid (”Yes, we can!” “We are the ones we have been waiting for!”), but they seemed far more plausible during the hyped-up iconic halo-framed hopeychangy media frenzy that greased his path to the Oval Office.
I always thought that look was the jail house homo look. they spent time in prison and always had their pants at the ready for the next homo.
Any such Law would need to be carefully written to exempt all good working class people with “Plumbers Butt”.
Since it is a hazard of the Trade, these people should not be victimized by a law intended to restrict Intentional exposure of Underwear.
In most cases for Plumbers the Underwear may not be seen But the Cleavage is.
We were in the airport in a CA city. I was sitting next to this older lady. We both saw a young guy come into the area where we were. We never understood why he wore his pants down so his pockets were about even with his knee. Guess he was trying to look cool but he only looked pathetic. Why do they do that?
Lewis has gone bongers. An old man with only a few functioning gray cells. Time to send him to the funny fun.
I am workin’ on a great big wedgie to commemorate Hope n’ Change.
Kilts are not for the faint of heart, must be real secure in your manliness
