Did JounoList take down Hillary? (Part 2)
by Nachum
Once the names became known, then it becomes easier to track obfuscation, obstruction, and collusion. In a Newsbusters piece written by Jeff Poor called, What is a HuffPo Blogger Doing in the Vaunted 'Helen Thomas Seat'? We find bonifide JournoList member Sam Stein from the Huffington Post in the chair that Helen Thomas was forced from , because a video of Thomas' brazen Hatred of the Jews in Israel. Sam Stein dutifully carries the water for the administration in asking about the recess appointment for the controversial Dr. Berwick to the powerful position of Medicare and Medicaid czar. Instead of pointing out the bully majority in both the House and Senate the administration has to appoint anyone it wants, he lets Gibbs blame the tiny Republican minority for for their failure and then makes sure to write a piece for his blog that does the same.
All of which brings us to the questions asked in the first piece. What exactly is the relationship of JournoList to the Obama administration? Can evidence be found connecting the dots between the operatives and their operators? Was their compensation, a 'quid pro quo'? Sam Stein has now made himself the next object in the investigation. Seeing as how the FBI is probably not going to subpoena his bank accounts, phone and email logs, the best we can do for the moment is look at his public statements.
Looking at his publishing in 2008, we find the usual attacks on the McCain campaign, but on April 16 of 2008, look at the title we find: 'Hillary Clinton On Southern Working Class Whites In 1995: "Screw 'Em". Going back a little farther, on May 10, 2007 Sam has even more history attacking Hillary Clinton, "Bloggers could be dead link for Clinton". Sam Stein writes:As Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (N.Y.) campaigns for the Democratic presidential nomination, her biggest opposition may not come from primary rivals or Republican challengers, but rather from the leftist blog community that often views her as a political punching bag.
Was Stein just an angry blogger, an angry left wing ideologue writer who is an Obama sympathizer? Or is he a good 'party member' and possibly a paid operative.? He is a documented member of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), as are a number of the JournoListas. Did the DSA send out their shock troops to take down Hillary with their marching orders from the Obama campaign? The fallout over the JounoList came from inside the Washington post with Brent Bozell's "An open letter to the Washington Post about the JournoList", and his violation of trust and company rules at the Washington Post, but it does not address the more important question of any direct links to the Obama administration. During one of the few press conferences Obama has given, Sam Stein was actually sought out by Obama himself to ask a question. From the site Americablog.com, came the 2/9/2009 piece entitled: Meet Sam Stein, who, according to the NY Times, "created a buzz" at the press conference last night : The White House decided in advance which reporters would be selected. And on Monday night, correspondents for The Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, Time and Newsweek were not on the list.
And then guess who Obama called on...THE PRESIDENT: Sam Stein, Huffington Post -- where's Sam? Here.
So we must ask the question that in an administration where every press interaction is micromanaged, how did Sam Stein get the call? Accident? When was Sam Stein hired by the Washington Post, and who was responsible for the hire?
Comments?

Hello,
Where can I find Part 1 please?
Some of these guys were probably getting their marching orders from Rahm’s or 0bama’s blackberries.
As dopey as these guys act...I’d say that most fell into this trance-like feeling (change, change, change)...and they helped Obama win.
If I were Hillary now...I stand and pause over just how laughable this whole thing has become. She may get to be VP out of this deal presently....but it’s a virtual unknown whether he could win again in 2012. In Bush’s case with Kerry...he had a fair amount of confidence twelve months out from the election. I don’t think the team today could say that.
Once Obama stole Iowa it was clear that he had the gall to go the whole way. They jumped on the bandwagon and kissed her heinous goodbye.
I'm not so sure about that. Why did Obama's thugs force the issue in Texas if that was true? Hillary's supporters testify about openly violating election law. Have you seen the youtube videos "We Will Not Be Silenced"?

Hillary won a lot of primaries near the end. It was the super delegates that did her in.
The fact is that we are discussing the JournOlists and their efforts to get the messiah elected.
If the MSM/journolistas had reported the John Edwards “love connection” story before Iowa, Hillary likely would have won there and Baraq is still jr. senator from Illinois.
Is "JounoList" anything like the "JouRnoList"?
Very interesting, please ping me to part 3, etc.
That's probably true. I think Obama had something less than 40% of th vote (or whatever it's actually called in Iowa), and Clinton and Edwards had roughly 30% each. I would find it hard to believe that Hilary wouldn't have picked up the lion's share of the Edwards support.
I think that it's even deeper than the net effect in Iowa. If Edwards had been exposed as a cad and a cheat (on a dying woman, no less), then it would have negated any effect his endorsement would have had on Obama, if he even would have endorsed anyone after that. Absent Edward's endorsement, and enthusiastic campaigning for Obama, Obama wouldn't have faired as near as well as he did during Super Tuesday, JMHO. I think with Edwards neutered early on in the process, Obama wouldn't have had a chance.
Let he who is without typo, cast the first stone....
Thank you.
The dots are beginning to connect, no?
Oh yeah, it actually makes sense of things that made no sense.
