Here is video of President Obama appearing at the White House with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu after a meeting between the two men there. Obama emphasized the “extraordinary friendship” between the U.S. and Israel, and said the two nations share an “unbreakable bond.” This is a far cry from the shabby treatment Netanyahu received at the hands of Obama the last time he visited the White House. No photos or joint appearances took place at that meeting. Perhaps Obama got the message Americans don’t want Israel treated that way.

Netanyahu knows exactly what Obama is, an enemy of Israel and Jews. He’ll rope a dope and make nice until Obama loses control of Congress and then Netanyahu can rest easy, and then outwait Obama until he is out of office in another couple of years. He’s just waiting out the Obama regime. Obama, for his part, knows that it is highly likely that he will lose control of one or both houses of Congress and that he better pretend to like Israel and Netanyahu in case that happens. Obama is no match in the diplomacy/matching wits game when up against Bibi. Bibi will play the game, knowing that the Obama game is going nowhere fast.
I guess the supporters of U.S. tax welfare for Israel can now rejoice. Israel can remain safely on the public teat. Some of us said all the time that this “dispute” was just for the media.
After watching that I now know how Obama looks when he is in agonizing pain. It must have hurt deep down for him to say that and somehow manage not to burst into flames.
What are your impressions?
