Called Wachovia early this morning to reorder checks. In the process, I must have hit a button I wasn't supposed to.
The next thing I hear is a recording. "As of November First, all emergency procedures will be in place, and all Wachovia personnel should stay with their families. If you have any questions, please contact your Sector Supervisor."
Now, I'm not a nut, but the next thing I know an operator came on the line and asked me, by name what they could help me with. Got me looking over my shoulder, and I don't have nerves, just nerve.
i would expect weird phone calls w/ba, but not wachovia...?????

Most amusing. I can assure you, that I am many things, but gullible is not one of them.
If believing that a fellow Freeper actually posted the truth- without evidence to the contrary- makes me gullible in your eyes then I have to rethink my opinion of you.

When do people use the term “As of”? They use it to let people know that sometime in the past a ‘thing’ occurred or was put into place. The verbiage is PAST tense. The question should be, what happened in October or thereabouts that caused concern for Wachovia employees? Perhaps the buyout by Wells Fargo?
I would not be too concerned about this.

You hit a button that took you to an old internal recording for a blizzard or hurricane or something. I used to run a large call center operation and we had those thing set up all of the time. they just forgot to erase the message.
Your telephone number was picked up via caller ID and linked to your account and it “popped” on the screen. This is very common, but usually you dont know it because they have to verify your information.
The world is not coming to an end. Wachovia cant usually get out of their own way operationally, so considering them part of the vast conspiracy is too funny to even imagine.

There are actually a couple of references to the Royal Secret - one is in Freemasonry - they have been doing this for a long time and it is not the one I’m referring to right now. The one described in those references tie to the MK projects.
The other Royal Secret refers to methods of checking true identity. Whenever a claimant to a throne showed up at a castle claiming to be the new ruler, that person was offered a drink. If he was from the true bloodline, he would survive, if he was a fraud the drink worked as a poison and killed him. Now of course it would be done through designer drugs created to affect only those of specific genetics. I expect that to be next.

The oil disaster showed up as a some sort of biological emergency affecting the lower layers of the oceans, or coming up through them. Whatever it ends up doing, it is going to propagate upward through the food chain starting at the sea floor (or I guess beneath it).
It gets caught in wind and/or ocean currents and circumnavigates the entire planet causing terror and death in a latitudinal band south of 40 degrees (interpreting some of Clif's stuff here).
