Please pray for my beloved Father in Law Pop Pop. He had an uncontrollable nose bleed yesterday and they discovered extremely high blood pressure. He is quite a treasure to us all and I ask that those faithful prayer warriors please lift him up in your evening blessings. Pop Pop is in his seventies and served in the Korean War. He is also a very well known Mechanical Engineer. He hates doctors but this time he need to "take his medicine" and get well.
Please know that I appreciate all you can do with your prayers and faith for my Pop Pop. He has taught my daughter many things regarding her science and math major.
May G-d Bless all of you. Thank you.
Of course.
When the docs told me, at the age of 61, that I had to take BO meds, obviously I looked distressed. One said, “Its not a failing, It’s not your fault. It just happens.”
That helped me, a little. God love him.
BTTT
God let me type BO because I've been praying for humility.
Thanks God.
;-)
;D! Good Morning and thank you for your Prayers.
Pop Pop is going to the doctor this morning. He will probably get an ear full and BP medication. The nose bleed was pretty bad. Hopefully everything will come under control with G-d’s help. I’ll update when I know more.
Thank you All for your kindness and Prayers. It is a comfort.
May you and Pop Pop find comfort and encouragement in this Healing Confession, bear ... not original with me but penned by a husband for his beloved wife and prayed and said over and over until her return to vibrant health. May it be so with you and yours ...
HEALING CONFESSION
Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your Living Word. You said that Your Word is Life to those who find it and medicine to all their flesh. Today, by my confession, I apply Your Word to our body by giving voice to it. You said in Psalm 139:14 that we are fearfully and wonderfully made and that Your works are marvelous. I declare that You made us and we are a marvelous creation.
I speak to sickness and disease today and proclaim that according to Philippians 2:10 that they must bow down to the mighty name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Every name in Heaven, on earth, and under the earth bows its knee to Jesus name.
I speak to our body today and declare that we have authority over it. I command it to receive the Word of God. Matthew 8:17 proclaims that Jesus bore our sickness and took our infirmities. Heavenly Father, I thank You that the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us and makes alive our mortal body.
I speak to our immune system and command it to line up with the Word of God. Our immune system will destroy sickness and disease in our body and perform its job, for this is what You created it to do. I thank You, Father, that every cell in our body responds to Your Word. Your Word permeates our body from the top of our head to the bottom of our feet. I confess that the Word of God is being made flesh in us. Psalm 103:3 declares that You, Father, forgave all our iniquities and healed all our diseases. Father, that is Your confession and I make it our confession also. We dont judge by the sight of our eyes; we judge by Your Living Word. It is Your Word that lives in us and brings health and healing to every part of our body.
Heavenly Father, we rejoice at Your promise of divine health. You said it and we believe it. Today I declare that we will see Your Promise of healing manifest in our body. Healing is ours because Jesus paid the price two thousand years ago. God so loved us that He sent His Son to die on the cross so that we could experience life on Gods terms. His abundant life is manifesting in us. Make us whole ~ body, soul, and spirit. Amen
Prayers sent.
Amen.
I will keep this Prayer in my heart and proclaim it daily. Thank you for sharing.
Lord, please heal Thy servant and teach him how to respect the body Thou gave him.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, with the saints in Heaven we pray, amen.
Prayers lifted for your Pop Pop....

UPDATE: Pop Pop’s nose bleed is still giving him a problem but he has accepted the fact that he will probably take BP medication from here on out to keep it in check. Yes, he'll change his diet and activities but I don't think he'll give up his 5 o'clock toddies. When I told him my father has been taking meds since his early 40’s and is turning 80 this month he didn't feel so bad. His big fear of doctors is every time he goes to one they find something wrong. He is probably correct to some degree but better find out now before you die of a horrible stroke or brain hemorrhage.
May G-d Bless ALL of you for your kindness and Prayers!
