SO, now they are making a law that will apply to the records of ONE person? I’m sure they didn’t word it that way, but we all know why they are doing this... Honestly, it’s pretty dang idiotic for them to pass a law like this. It only feeds the problem.

Are you kidding me?!? I thought for sure they had dropped this stupidity. Like they can't handle "between 10 and 20 e-mails each week seeking verification of Obama's birth." Surely, they would by now have an automatic answer to any general question so answering these vexating requests would take a matter of seconds. Obviously, if there are really 10 or 20, then people feel they need it verified by someone since Hussein hasn't solved the mystery. Setting aside laws they have violated, have they determined a specific number of questions a person might ask before being named a vexatious requestor or is it a number that they can pull out of thin air whenever it suits them?
