Kelly was right. Judges should make their rulings based on law not what they deem ‘moral’. Liberals judges do it all the time and BOR rants against it. He apparently thinks they should do it as long as he agrees. He’s wrong.
True, but the law in this case didn't require the father to pay the court fees of the Westboro loons. That bit was discretionary, and the judges decided to stick him with bill. ...and Megyn was fine with that. I'm not.
Megyn's a (virtual) 1st Amendment absolutist, so her position was far from surprising. I suspect she'll be agreeing with the opinion of the SCOTUS libs in this case.

Populists are only right about half the time or less and can't understand why lawyers and judges do what they do. It's his biggest pet peeve and he's always wrong about it.
