You are so right - and like some things said by El Rushbo - you have said what I was thinking. Sarah seems to be a good spokewoman and has a nice way ofr expalining an idea - DEATH PANEL for example. That is what a hockey mom does, puts on lipstick and goes to war.

The actual struggle for the soul of the republican party is embodied in the tug a war between mccain & jd hayworth — with Palin being the one who will take the state policy issues — national
If conservatives can get jd hayworth over on McCain.
Palin will shift to very strong borders.
If McCain wins Palin’s border policies will not be so much.
The most important battle of this election cycle is the one between jd hayworth and J McCain.
The best case outcome for the survival of the USA is the ouster of McCain.
I'm deeply suspicious of Palin.
My concern is that, as much as I love Sarah, the media has demonized her to the point that the sheeple will never vote for her. Her support of McCain is concerning, too, but it seems to me it is a loyalty thing.
But she should remember that, if she ever makes it into the WH and Juan McCain is still in the Senate, he will be her greatest opposition on issues like repeal of the healthcare bill, drilling, and stopping illegal immigration.
After you and the presstitutes destroy Governor Palin, I hope you all are happy with that Romney/Crist ticket in 2012! Fools!!

My only question to those who are busy saying not sarah not sarah is this——when in the heck did she ever say she was running???
My gut says I don’t think she will because she can be more effective outside than in.

Funny, with all the stuff coming out from Axelrod and the drive-by's, I could have sworn that Romney is their candidate for 2012.
We have to go for it this November - an unchecked obungler can do way too much damage before January 2013.
The Tea Party movement is not about Sarah Palin. It’s about the people and smaller government. Where I live the Tea Party movement is actually split between Libertarians and conservatives. You really can’t blame Sarah Palin for supporting John McCain after being on the same ticket with him for President. Palin would look like the biggest hypocrite in the world, or the biggest idiot, if she didn’t think McCain was good enough to even stay in the Senate.
A nice press release saying he’d continue to make a fine Senator would have been plenty. Claiming that McCain somehow embodies the tea party movement is just an insult to any thinking citizen.
I like Palin too and was a big backer of hers over the last year. But while the writer of this piece is obviously a rude and obnoxious snot, I don’t think it would hurt to take a hard look at Palin’s actions—such as her saying this week there’s no daylight between Mccain’s immigration position and hers—before putting all our Obama-opposition eggs in her basket. Seems to me like she had an impressive record of accomplishment while she was governor, but it wouldn’t hurt to examine her record a little more closely. For example, was that her good-government ethics legislation that the Dems were able to get her all knotted up in? I’ve read that she was actually considered a moderate when governing in Alaska and it would be interesting to understand a little better why some have had that opinion of her.
What I want is someone who really will stick to shrinking the role of the government and says forthrightly that’s what we should do—but comes across as serious, intelligent and thoughtful when making the case.
Aw, you’re only saying that because you have no real argument against the core point I’ve made, that the organization should not have invited a McCain endorser to speak.
Your argument on another issue, that you can understand why Palin would endorse McCain, because he played a key role in helping her gain national popularity, is not persuasive.
To carry that off with consistency, you would have to ‘understand’ her willingness to endorse others who have played a role in helping her gain national popularity: Steve Schmidt, Nicole Wallace, and even Barack Obama, who attacked her so venomously after her convention speech, and who seemed to campaign in significant part as though he were running against her instead of McCain.
Yeah, I agree it’s silly to suggest she’d support those people, but that’s the point. Your argument is silly, because she wouldn’t support anyone and everyone who played a role in helping her gain national popularity.
To argue that she endorsed McCain as loyalty for helping her become nationally popular overlooks the fact that she has endorsed a non-conservative instead of a conservative. Many, perhaps a majority of TEA Party movement supporters should find that offensive on its face, rather than buy the spin.
Now let’s see if you can muster an argument without the name calling.
If Palin is such a policy weathervane, she shouldn’t be leading the charge.
How did I know you were a newbie before I even looked? How's the weather in Chicago? What other conservative sites and blogs do they have you working? Do you all really think that "Obama wishes Palin would run" meme is working? What's that job pay?
I supported her until she endorsed McCain.
