The university provost a letter cautioning her to be aware of “what is acceptable in Canada,” noting that “promoting hatred against any identifiable group would not only be considered inappropriate but could in fact lead to criminal charges.”

Ms. Coulter, meanwhile, spoke last night at the University of Western Ontario. All long blonde hair and heavily-mascaraed lashes, she did not hold back, according to the London Free Press. A frequent contributor to Fox News – Barack Obama’s least favourite American network – Ms. Coulter took on a political science student who is Muslim.

After the 9/11 terrorist attacks, she had joked that Muslims denied air travel should take “flying carpets.” When the student challenged that remark, Ms. Coulter told her to take a “camel,” adding that, “I thought it was just American public schools that produced ignorant people.”

Sandra Bernhard issues 'gang rape' warning to Sarah Palin

Sandra Bernhard issued a blistering warning to Sarah Palin during a performance of her new one-woman show.

The Republican V.P. nom would be "gang-raped by my big black brothers" if she enters Manhattan, Bernhard said. Palin is said to be making a campaign stop in New York next week.

"[The gang rape comment] is part of a much larger, nuanced, and yes, provocative (that's what I do) piece from my show about racism, freedom, women's rights and the extreme views of Governor Sarah Palin, a woman who doesn't believe that other women should have the right to choose," Bernhard told the Daily News today.

I repeat....the information I posted was a direct copy from the article....

I posted an article from the St. Louis Post Dispatch a couple of years back and they changed the title and content 3 times in about an hour.

Speaking to students and academics at the University of Western Ontario on Monday night, Ms. Coulter said the email sent to her on Friday by François Houle, vice-president academic and provost of the University of Ottawa, targeted her as a member of an identifiable group and as such, she will be filing a complaint with the Human Rights Commission alleging hate speech.

“I’m sure the Human Rights Commission will get to the bottom of it,” Ms. Coulter said to loud cheers from the 800-strong audience. “I think I’m the victim of a hate crime here. Either what [Mr. Houle] did was a hate crime, or the whole commission is B.S.”
