I really don’t know if this helps or not but the Breathe of Life (Nafesh) that humans have is the same as animals have. BTW insects etc do not have the same type of life force - so I don’t expect any mosquitoes or flies in heaven!
Cheers
Mel
If there are mosquitoes or flies it ain’t heaven...look around and you’ll see Ted Kennedy (D-HELL) sipping a on-alcoholic beverage with a lesbian on his arm.
I don’t know about horses, but a lot of people I know talk about a hog heaven.
Yup. You love it. It’s in.
There is a great Twilight Zone episode where a man is kept from going to “heaven” because they won’t let his dog in.
“Any chance of becoming a three toed tree sloth?”
I suppose it could happen. Probably not likely. But if the Wombat really did all those good things, and really worked up a lotta good Karma along the way, well if enough of his friends focused really hard on three toed tree sloths at the exact time of Wombat’s death - then yeah, it is theoretically possible.
You are, however, opening up an entirely new can of worms here though. Speaking of worms, they come back as worms again and again until they learn to stop beaching themselves on sidewalks and roadways every time it rains. The learning curve is steep for them, so a worm may have to come back up to 1000 times before they wise up.
Continuing the downward spiral, I thought they came back as Bolshies.

I thought my pony was dying of pneumonia. Turns out he was just a little horse.
Tearful and so very thankful that you took the time to post those poems. Thank you. They are going in my *sniff..now I am really crying* FReeper file. Feeling very grateful that there are people on this planet that can capture so perfectly, God’s love for all creatures..great and small and those like you, that take the time to share the gift with others.
Continuing the downward spiral, I thought they came back as Bolshies.
How many times do members of congress die before they can return as Cockroaches?
People often criticize the behavior of animals.
My friends, I declare that often the behavior of animals is superior to that of humans. I ask you, have you ever seen a squirrel collecting taxes? Has a badger ever accosted you while running for public office?
So, the next time someone accuses you of behaving like an animal, you should thank them.
Please share this philosophy with everyone you meet. If anyone disagrees with this wisdom, you have my permission to bite them.
“Dog was I ere I saw God.”
Faith, not works.
Got a whole page of them on my website.

[I’ve rescued, loved and lost many wonderful dogs in my lifetime...it’s a memorial/tribute to them]....:)
It’s called “The Hunt” and is my all time favorite TZ episode.
I look forward to visiting your site. Thanks for sharing the link.
thank you for posting the RK poem... oh do I miss my dogs... black and chocolate labs... that poem made water come to me eye... I would read them psalms.. the black came back to me in a dream... I had to ask him to go because I missed him so much...
Condolences to those who lost their best friend, their horse. A special relationship is formed between a horse and his owner. Those big soft eyes, the velvety muzzle, the nicker that greets you when you approach your horse, the nodding of his head in anticipation of getting his favorite horsie treat.
It’s been said that there are 2 kinds of people, those that love horses, and that other kind of people. You either love them or you don’t. You’re born with the desire to be near them, or you just don’t have them on your radar at all. There’s no middle ground. Those that love them can’t happily live without them.
When I am with my 2 horses here on Earth, that is as close to Heaven as I can get while I still breathe.
No, I don’t think horses go to Heaven. But they make life on Earth for some of us much much better.

Job 39:19-20
“Hast thou given the horse strength? Hast thou clothed his neck in thunder? Canst thou make him afraid of a grasshopper?”
The horse is wonderfully created by God Almighty. My favorite of his animal wonders.
The production number "Going to Heaven on a Mule" from the Warner Brothers film Wonder Bar provides a glimpse of what heaven might be like.
