Written by a liberal, secular American Jew of Israeli parentage. Somehow I don't think we conservatives could do better than this. Maybe there is hope for the American Jewish community after all.

Never mind that the Temple Mount was a neglected ruin, mosques included, until Haj-Amin al-Husseini became leader of the Arabs in British Palestine and raised money for their renovation. Before Jews started moving back to their homeland in numbers Muslims couldn’t care less about Jerusalem.
...and for his next act al-Husseini became best buddies with Hitler and moved to Berlin for the war.

Fixed it.Not from a Jewish perspective, you didn't. C.E. is "Common Era" and doesn't exclude Christians. A.D. excludes Jews. Sorry, no sale.
