I am noticing a rise of leftist, anti-government rhetoric coming from the Libertarian movement that is being portrayed as conservative. They also are trying to portray themselves as conservatives and I suspect they are doing this to splinter and destroy the Republican Party and conservative movement in this country. Ron Paul is a perfect example of this type of Libertarian, that has the foreign policy of an anti-war communist from the 60's.
* When you mention the Iranian threat, they defend Iran * When you mention the Russian threat, they defend Russia * When you mention 9-11, they scream it was an inside job * When you mention that they are left wing, they reply " you are falling for the far left trick/trap of the Hegelian Dialectic, thesis/anti-thesis false dichotomy" * The truthers also spew the same anti-war rhetoric that the 60's communists do. They claim that the 9/11 was staged as a reason for the USA to go to war for oil accusing the USA of 'imperialism'. * The truther movement seems to attract many anti-government, anti- capitalist anarchists and they are not conservatives, but their leaders shout that they are for deception purposes. * The truthers are anti-semitic, anti-Israel and they blame Mosaad for 9/11. * The truthers ignore the overwhelming evidence that links the 9/11 attacks to the Iranians who acted on behalf of the Russians. Many KGB defectors have stated that this is the case, but it has been ignored by the left wing media and THE TRUTHERS. * Truthers love to scream the word fascist, rather than Marxist or communist and this is another tactic that communist front groups often do. * The truthers are anti-police, no different than the Marxists that riot against corporations. Here, try the comments now, Allegra. Sometimes a thread will get a weird no comments situation, all you have to do to fix it is to copy this (for this particular thread):

If it’s another thread, after the id, put the number of the thread in between the “=” and the “%” and it should be OK.
You fixed it! Now I can ping some folks. Thanks!
fieldmarshaldj fixed it. :)
I noticed the poster “The Conservative Monster” just signed up today on FR.
Thanks for the Ping
Excellent.
Thank you, So Cal Pol!!!
Your article is spot on.
Having talked face to face with PaulBot and dealing with them on FR.
also dealing with Code Pinkos and other Far Left people,
They all have the same talking points.
A PaulBot focus is dividng the Republican Party.
The only winner in that are the Democrats.
The PaulBots and the Democrats National Security and Foreigh Policy are the same basics not to mention some of the social policies.

Except for a few notes of sanity, like Vin Suprynowicz, the LP has pretty much lost it's mind.
Too bad, libertarian philosophy has a lot of good points to recommend it.
Politics is a circle with center/moderate at the 12 o clock position. Mainline right is at the 3 o'clock and mainline left at the 9 o'clock.
Extremist of both sides come back to gather around the 6 o'clock position +/- so they look and act and believe about the same in many regards.
I understand your reasoning, but your logic is incorrect. There are characteristics in the libertarian views that match both viewpoints. Just because they are socially liberal, does not make them liberal. Libertarians are small government, fiscally conservative, pro-Constitution, and socially liberal.
I have heard libertarians such as Ron Paul argue against war, and I have to say that when I heard it, it sounded reasonable. He was not defending Iran or Russia, or even saying war is wrong. He was saying that we don’t have the money for war, and that the only reason we are in so many conflicts is because the federal reserve is generating money out of thin air.
Libertarians are not an extreme of the conservative movement, and I don’t think that there is a conspiracy going on here. I just think some of their viewpoints match both liberals and conservatives.
I DO know that several libertarians are running in Republican primaries (and I can think of at least one running as a democrat) but I don’t think that they have a chance as a Repub or Democrat. I would agree that they are probably trying to enhance their publicity by gaining support from one of the two major political parties. They don’t really have a chance running as an independent.
When Ross Perot ran, I thought for SURE he ruined it for everyone by taking the conservative vote in both of the Clinton elections. However, a poll was done on Perot voters and they were split exactly 50/50 between conservatives and liberals which ruined all of my talking points when I blamed Perot for eight years of misery.
Currently, however, I think that libertarians will take more of the conservative vote than usual for two reasons:
1. When the Republicans were in power, they still spent a lot of money (miniscule compared to Obama, I know), but government spending is this is a big deal right now with the TEA parties.
2. Obama’s birth certificate (I truly believe that this was the catalyst for the TEA parties)
3. People are tired of Washington. Tired of both parties.
I know that it’s odd, but just the way things are. I am not sure it will ruin things for conservatives... it just may shift the party a little more towards libertarian which would not be a bad thing in today’s environment. I think it would increase chances to win against a liberal.

I do hope I added something to Deb's BRILLIANT idea!
I wanted to share some of my posts with the people on here, because I know that this is a great site. Today was my first post
Thank you, I also have dealt with them in the past. They are clever and they are FRAUDS.
“I am noticing a rise of leftist, anti-government rhetoric coming from the Libertarian movement that is being portrayed as conservative”
Have you noticed the same in the GOP? Not hard to find.
Face it, the left has infiltrated everything in American life.
CPAC sells out? Sodomy, the ACLU, Ron Paul and the conservative movement
