I take it he thinks that Mr. Obama has all the attributes that he says Governor Palin lacks. Why is he such a failure already then?

I don't want my president to be someone who I could envision living next door to me; washing their car on Saturday afternoon just like me; managing bills like me; as limited in their view of international affairs as me; and, plainly spoken, as common as me. I don't want my leaders using crib notes from the palm of their hand.I say this all of the time; Democrats like to be led by the hand. They love to be ruled. A Democrat president is treated like royalty by the Democrat serfs.

Five or six words on her hand, and she talks for an hour.
Totus breaks down and he stumbles and mumbles for an eternity.

the president of the United States should be smarter, more logical, more politically astute, more learned, more connected, more global in their thinking, more scholarly, more insightful, and just about more everything than the man or woman next doorYeah? So why was Barry the O elected ?? He fails on all counts.

considering no one can prove that the current _resident even went to college, let alone having executive or real-world business experience, it’d be a welcome improvement

Do you REALLY want a soccer mom with an undergraduate journalism degree to become the leader of the free world? Do you REALLY want someone who you can probably beat in a number of subjects and activities to decide whether the United States decides to bomb another country? I would prefer the HOCKEY mom with a journalism degree, who went on to win elections in her home state, all the way to the Governor's office, and then had to negotiate with major oil companies to benefit her constituents, than a two bit Chicago thug who happened to charm his way into Columbia, and then Harvard, where he apparently didn't actually DO anything academically, because no one has come forward to 'claim' him. And he didn't have much to say in his stint in the IL legislature, or as a Senator for 154 days, before he decided he was ready to be President.
I haven't seen ANY evidence that Barack Obama has any more intelligence than Sarah Palin. I HAVE seen evidence that he doesn't have the CHARACTER of the woman, and frankly, that counts more for me in a President than what schools he or she attended.
Just more liberal intellectual snobbery.

I want my leader to be super smart, map-savvy, well connected and not incredibly small-minded and simple.
