Dick Grayson became Batman?
Wow, am I out of touch on the DC Universe...
Short story: Bruce Wayne is “dead”. The new Batman & Robin artist/writer is wicked. My GF digs the Batgirl comics because well, it’s a chick thing.
I haven’t picked up a Marvel title since the glory days of Jack Kirby ‘s [i]Captain America]/i] and Jim Steranko’s [i] Nick Fury: Agent of SHIELD[/i]!
The last DC Comics I looked at involved Gotham City being hit by an earthquake while Batman and a new, totally awesome Batgirl (Cassandra Cain) tried to help the GCPD restore and maintain order.
After that, both DC and Marvel seemed to go off the grid with too many off the wall titles, plots and alternate universe nonsense that I’ve just about given up.
