“Here is video of CBS News’ Harry Smith asking two political analysts if Sarah Palin’s new relationship with Fox News means she won’t run for President in 2012, or will it become a platform for her to run?”
Why don’t they ask HER? (I’d like to hear the answer, too).
They are so scared, LOL! Liberals in panic, the greatest show on earth!
depends on the format. Will this be just like any other news interviews she done in the past where she gets paid this time or where she be giving short speeches on various issues. I always thought she should post her opinions on youtube instead of just facebook. This may be something like this I hope
She has a record of accomplishment. She has integrity and principles. Most folks don't seem to know it, but her positions are mainstream, traditional positions. Most people agree with her, they just don't know it.
If she becomes a familiar face, she will be unstoppable.
Here’s a question..why do liberals give a damn that she is joining Fox News..I find it ironic that libs call her every damn name in the book but they are OBSESSED with what she is doing and what it means. Here’s an answer, SHE IS LIVING HER LIFE
Good point - She could turn her Fox appearances into a TV version of her Facebook postings.
They are clearly scared of her!
She’d better be good, and quick on her feet, because any slip up will be youtubed, run ad nauseum in the MSM, Tina Feyed and compiled in a ‘worst of Palin’ for the campaign. I hope Fox does not ‘overexpose’ her in its quest for ratings and advertising $$.
This will either make or break her.
I don’t think Sarah will run, but I’d love to see her do so. Without the incompetent handlers of the McCain campaign keeping her caged, she could bring a breath of fresh air to the next Presidential election cycle.
She is taking the Reagan approach. He went on the radio, she is going on television. She isn’t having her own talk show, but she will be a political correspondent/commentator. She is taking her facebook viewership and quadrupling it
Yes. She wouldn’t take the job unless the occasional gaffes that are bound to occur now and then are irrelevant to her future plans (i.e. if those future plans are punditry, not elective office).
She is not going to run for PRESIDENT. She is the “MOSES” of the new, strong, REPUBLICAN PARTY. She has planned this wise move for months in advance. she is the unquestioned leader, she can’t lead as President, the posisition only ties her hands just as the Governors job limited her power to lead our Nation.
GMTA.
Funny!
I thought they believe that this woman is already “irrelevant” and “finished”.
Oh, that was the meme for July and August 2008.
Now they are worried? BWA HA HA HA HA HA!
I hope Palin won’t a give heck to answer their question.
LET THEM GO INSANE WHILE GUESSING!
What does anybody’s exposure on TV have to do with limiting chances of a future run for a political office? Acknowledged, that “our Sarah” would be projecting a specific point of view, but isn’t that what any public advocacy is all about? People may STILL be making a stand on specific issues, even though not an announced candidate.
So far as may be determined, she has not announced her candidacy, and like every other American, she remains free to speak from whatever forum that will give her a place to step up to the podium. Common courtesy would be to invite her in, and she may even be offered many other platforms.
This country no longer needs any “mystery candidates” as they have gotten in the past, who conceal and dissemble about their former and current associations, and will not answer direct questions.
It is one thing to re-invent oneself, it is something else entirely to deny that one HAS created a bogus history and seeks office for the wrong reasons. Sarah has had to do neither.
