Im more concerned with schools, malls, hospitals, and churches being accessible to these animals.I'm not sure Al Qaeda thinks these terrorists are worth having released. If they did, we would have had hostage situations already.
The bad guys want to inflict harm on civilians and care little for their bretheren who were captured.

I’m more concerned with them getting into the court system and being acquitted and released than I am with AQ springing them. AQ can always find young, impressionable men to use as cannon fodder (you know the type: the ones that believe in Hope’n’change!).

I don’t think that a terrorist who is acquitted on a legal technicality is going to be getting a job inside a nuclear plant.
Of course, I never thought that an admitted Marxist would ever be President, so I could be wrong! :)
