As I have recently stated, the voices against Islam are on the rise. Now Lynne Torgerson, a candidate for the 5Th District MN seat in Congress is taking on Islam head on. Of course the Council on American Islamic Relations is not happy, which means that we should fully support her.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is alarmed by what it perceives as growing anti-Muslim sentiment in Minnesota. Prompted by news of racist fliers being posted in St. Cloud and the candidacy of Lynne Torgerson against Rep. Keith Ellison, the group called for religious leaders to repudiate anti-Muslim acts.
Here is what Mrs. Torgerson has to say about Islam.

Togerson needs an education in the First Amendment if she hopes to hold office.
Islam allows lying, rape and the extortion of Jews and Christians and is more of a political movement. You need to educate yourself, not her.
She’s got guts to say that. If we had a congress full of people like her we’d be able to head off what Europe is currently going through.
Here is what Mrs. Torgerson has to say about Islam.
What is freedom of religion? When one thinks about it, religion is primarily ones freedom to choose which god or gods to worship. Correct? Religion is really not primarily behavior. Rather, it is faith. And of course, certain behaviors attend certain religions. However, I think we can all agree that religion does not include criminal behavior. Correct? And also, it should therefore follow that the advocacy of criminal behavior is not religion. Correct?
And thus, we come to the teachings of Islam, or the Quran. The Quran actually teaches Muslims to kill people not of their faith, which are labeled infidels, which includes Christians and Jews, as well as people of other faiths. (Slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush. (Sura 9:5)). This is advocating criminal behavior. Thus, at a minimum, this portion of the religion of Islam cannot be protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. This portion is not religion recognizable under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
The Quran also says that if a person leaves Islam, that that is an offence mandating death. Recently, a Harvard Muslim Chaplain, Taha Abdul-Basser, stated that apostates (those who leave Islam) should be killed, although he stated that they could only be killed by a legitimate Muslim governmental authority and cannot be performed by a non-state, private actors. Again, this is advocating criminal behavior. Again, this is not allowing all people the right to freedom of religion. Thus, the Quran conflicts with the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and our criminal laws. Thus, the total religion of Islam is not fully protectable by our First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
Further, evidently, the goal of Islam is to Islamize the entire world, or, global Islam. I believe there is a term, ummah that reflects this goal. Well, this goal also conflicts with our First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
Islam is sedition. Jihad, treason.
Perhaps there are other religions not worthy of First Amendment protection you'd like to add to your list?
What a keeper! We need more leaders like her!
What an idiotic thing to advocate.

Your rights end where my rights begin.
Perhaps you should realize that Christians are not on a worldwide movement trying to subjugate the world under a set of barbaric religious laws. But thanks for showing that you support the ideology of the enemy.
And there are people who also say the Bible allows for slavery, the killing of sinners, polygamy & other wonderful things.
Perhaps there are other religions not worthy of First Amendment protection you’d like to add to your list?

1) slavery, only to avoid not paying a debt
2) killing of sinners, Old Testament, whereas in Islam it’s in force right now
3) polygamy, yes unless you are a bishop or deacon. It’s not God’s best, but it is allowed.
I’m not even trying hard. Please educate yourself.
And there are some people who will say anything to try to discredit the Bible. They always quote it out of context and/or selectivly.
I like your new web site. I wonder how long until the Islamofacists target you again?
Oh, right! Of course! If I think Muslims are entitled to First Amendment protection I must support the enemy.
That must be the case because I also happen to think neo-Nazis, the KKK, the Black Panthers, the Phelps family/Westboro Baptist Church, anti-war protestors, animal rights demonstrators & a whole lot of other people I don't agree with also deserve First Amendment protection.
Thanks for the enlightenment!
Islam is not a race. It’s a theo-fascist ideology.

God made “Adam and Eve” in the beginning, not “Adam and Eve and Erin and Rebecca”. The original plan was 1-1, but 1-many is allowed, unless you are a bishop or deacon.
Thanks, it took a while to get used to but I like it much better. I have better protection and with the commenting format I get an email on each one and if I see anything suspicious I can delete it. With the old Blogger format I would not know, and I think that they might of left something there.
