In a stunning blow to the impartiality of the American Judicial system, Federal Judge David O. Carter, who is hearing the case Barnett vs. Obama, in the Central District, Southern Division Court at Santa Ana, California, has just hired a lawyer who works for a law firm where Robert F. Bauer, one of Obamas top lawyers is a partner. And that, just days before the Oct. 5, 2009 hearing on the Motion to Dismiss, in which his demeanor radically changed, according to Dr. Orly Taitz, esq., lead counsel for the Plaintiffs.
Siddharth Velamoor is the lawyer chosen by Carter to serve as one of his two official clerks, from Oct. 1, 2009, till Sept. 30, 2010, according to Wikipedia. Velamoor is listed as an associate with Perkins Coie, LLPs office in Seattle, Washington. It is not clear if he has broken his relations with the firm.
C, is a partner of Perkins Coie, LLPs office in Washington, D.C.. His bio at the company identifies him as holding the Chair of the Political Law group at the firm; general counsel to Obamas Campaign for America and general counsel to the Democratic National Committee.
Mr. Bauers wife is none other than Anita Dunn, the Whitehouse Communications Director.

So how much do you get paid to post nothing but ask stupid questions when you don’t like the truth?

Thank you!
I remember last year Devvy wrote a article that once Obama was in office he would not leave. She cited possession is 9/10ths of the law. I guess she knew obama was claim he was above the law.

That comment fits right in with Rahm Emanual’s book where he said we will teach you what it means to be a American citizen.
It also fits right in with Obama saying the constitution tells them what government can’t do to you...

That is the difference between you and I. I am not here to fully support one party. I am here for truth. I can think for myself and do not need Obama talking points.
I can find fault in both parties, journalists, bloggers, radio hosts etc. I don’t agree with everything they say but I can keep it in the back of my mind and remember it when it links to something else I hear. Devvy is in contact with some powerful people including the FBI. She knows brilliant Constitutional scholars who I do agree with.
Sometimes you need to sort through and find what is useful. Hold them all accountable. You need to be able to link many things together and figure things out after a period of time to find truth in a lying, corrupt administration that we have.
You say you are a libertarian. Devvy is a libertarian. Libertarians are truthers. Maybe use your one of your other ID’s when attacking libertarians.

Ehhhh ... probably NOT.
Obama's such an INEPT Progressive, that he's succeeded in swinging the pendulum so HARD & FAST to the Right that they'll have to wait ANOTHER 20 years before they can try to pull off their great experimental DECEPTION again.

Vikk, you're a genius!
After doing some research and making some other “inquires” on LawSchoolDiscussion and directly with the universities, we now see how Siddharth Velamoor probably was in TWO places at the same time. Velamoor attended Columbia (coincidentally as did Obama in the 80s), and while there, likely attended other colleges through Columbia Law School's Foreign Studies Program. Once Siddharth Velamoor was at the London School of Economics and Political Science, he would have been able to slide into Comenius University School of Law for one or two semesters via the Global Public Policy Network, the Utrecht Network, or any other Foreign Exchange networks jointly recognized by the schools. Waivers from the Deans would have taken care of the any hanging issues regarding Honors requirements, admission standards, program prerequisites, etc. And what's interesting is that ONLY the schools, the student and anyone who's seen the student's FULL transcript would even know the student was in foreign studies overseas. This would be similar to what is likely the case with Obama's time at Occidental, Columbia and likely Harvard (at least for a couple of semesters and/or summer sessions). The LSE website partly explains how it would work:
Columbia/University of London
For Columbia students, this program consists of two years of law study at Columbia Law School followed by two years of study at one of the following schools at the University of London: University College London; London School of Economics; King's College (London). Upon the successful completion of the four years of study, participants receive the J.D. from Columbia.
Since academic performance is an important criterion for participation in this program, selected students must provide transcripts from their second year at Columbia for final approval.
Students are graded on the following system: first class honors, second class honors, third class honors, and pass. Students who have not passed first year exams may retake exams in August or September of their second year at the University of London.
Twenty-one academic credits are granted toward the J.D. after the two years of study in London. The Columbia transcript does not list courses taken or grades received at the University of London, but will merely states that 21 credits were earned for foreign study abroad. The University of London issues a transcript showing courses and grades.
Again, waivers from the Deans would have de-frayed any of the rough edges regarding Honors requirements, admission standards, program prerequisites, etc. Most Law Clerk or Junior Partnership applications would NOT be so crass as to ask for a graduated applicant with a juris doctorate to include a FULL transcript just a copy of the diploma or letter from the University verifying completion, any Honors, etc. They would NOT even suspect that the student participated in studies abroad unless the student specifically told them about it or perhaps spilled the beans when placing his educational background on different legal referral websites ... oops ... talk about LEVERAGE over a new Junior partner ...
And now that we learned last night that White House Communication Director Anita Dunn's HUSBAND, Robert Bauer, is going to become the White House's Chief Legal Counsel the SAME Robert Bauer who is Chair of the Political Law Group of Perkins Coie with whom Siddharth Velamoor is also a partner well, all of the other pieces regarding the Obama v Keyes case and Siddharth Velamoor's placement as a Legal Clerk with Judge Carter (who's likely unaware of the conflict-of-interest) are coming together now. well ... at least to those who are intellectually-honest enough to admit it! Hey MSM where are you?! Thanks for the tip. YOU must be Glenn's White House snitch ;) Shhhh ... no worries we won't tell ...

with whom Siddharth Velamoor is also a partnerHe's an associate (a junior-level hired grunt), not a partner-- big difference in law firms. Also, Velamoor was in the products liability group, not the Political Law group, so, under the Canons of Judicial Ethics it is not a conflict of interest for Carter to hire him.
To: BP2; All
Is this Velamoor an American citizen? Would one usually need to be an American citizen to clerk for a federal judge?
