A dismissal motion was heard and taken under submission. I’d wait until I heard the ruling before getting too excited.

Maybe not. As much as I’d like to see this case move toward discovery, quo warranto must be heard in the DC District Court since the Usurper is a national officeholder. That is, if I’m understanding it properly. Any FReeper lawyers out there that know for sure?
