Pending Litigation: Hawaii Confirms That Obama’s Vital Records Have Been Amended.
I will be assisting one of my readers in filing litigation in Hawaii state circuit court pursuant to her ongoing request for public information denied by Hawaii officials. (Readers of my blog will recognize her as MissTickly aka TerriK.)Correspondence sent to TerriK by Hawaii officials indicates that President Obama’s vital records have been amended and official records pertaining thereto are maintained by the state of Hawaii.
I will issue a full statement and press release on behalf of TerriK via this blog in the days ahead. This statement will include a complete history of correspondence between TerriK and Hawaii state officials in the Office of Information Practices (OIP) and the Department of Health (DoH).

TerriK has standing to pursue this action under the statute. The UIPA manual states:
“Any person” may make a request for government records under part II, the Freedom of Information section of the UIPA. “Person” is defined broadly to include an individual, government agencies, partnerships and any other legal entities.
Under part II, a government agency generally may not limit access to public records based on who the requester is or the proposed use of the record.
Okay, but that would seem a very risky hoax. My parents saved the newspaper that had my birth announcement. That was in the 1960s also.
There were a lot of birth announcements on that Obama birth announcement section of the paper that might lead one to suspect that some newspapers were saved and could debunk the Obama announcement. And even the theory that Obama was born in Kenya doesn't mean there wouldn't be a birth announcement in the Hawaiian newspapers. Upon arriving back in Hawaii, the person could register the birth as happening yesterday even though it happened a month or two prior. I don't think the DoH does an inspection of the baby to prove the date of birth is correct.
Wayyyyyyyyyy to much credence is given to that newspaper announcement! Why wasn’t the announcement for the Nordyke twins in the paper that same week, or next week, or the week after? Born the same day, where is it? If they were submitted by the hospital or health department, then where is theirs? Or was it there and it was later substituted with Barry’s. Guess it would be a huge expose if someone has an old paper and it’s different than the microfilm, now wouldn’t it? :P

The kicker? If he really is a bastard, then there is no question as to his birth nationality, even if he was born in Kenya.
Although Stanley Ann couldn't satisfy the years since age 15 requirement, as the only parent of Barack Jr. he would only be able to inherit her citizenship.
If the marriage is valid (and US courts err on the side of recognizing existing marriages) then he is a British subject, (as he has already admitted) even if he was born in Honolulu. At best he could claim dual citizenship, he would clearly not be a Natural Born Citizen.
If he was born in Kenya, with a Kenyan father, he's a Kenyan and a subject of the British Empire.
If he's a bastard he's an AMERICAN bastard.
I can live with that.

True, it does suffice if you are a bastard born of an American citizen overseas.
But if you are an American married to a foreign national and living in Foreignnationalisatan, your kid is a Foreignnationalisatani by birth.
Also if you get knocked up by an American (military or civilian) in Foreignnationalisatan, and you are Foreignnationalisatani, your kid is also a Foreignnationalisatani.
By itself, one American parent is no guarantee of American citizenship.
Nor is Citizenship, by itself, a qualifier for holding the office of President.

One does need a somewhat thicker skin if one chooses to go to an opposition website forum tho. And FR seems to be a lot nicer to visiting lefties than other conservative forums I’ve seen. UK law is extremely complex because they had to take into account so many possibilities..and at the moment..I can’t remember for sure.
That may be the one where you had to register before the 18th birthday.
Some citizenships you got automatically and others you had to register.
I am thinking illegitimate born of British citizen on UK soil was a register one but not for sure.

If he had been born of a valid marriage in the US would he have had to register or would he have gotten it automatically. I can’t remember. I think automatically.
The question would be if the mother had the kid in Kenya and no marriage then no way he was American NBC.
If the kid was born in HI a bastard - was he NBC? She was also too young I think to confer NBC to the baby.
