Also, is there anything to keep the Democrats from running an ineligible candidate? It strikes me that the issue of eligibility doesn't arise until the Electoral College meets. If the Democrats want to waste their shot by presenting an illegible candidate at that point, that's their prerogative.

Well.....Obama did carry New Hampshire in 2008 and if this leads to decertification of the Electoral Votes (4), it won't mean much; unless there's a cascade effect throughout the rest of the states.

It is unclear, if ... the State will move, through its governor, to take some sort of action on the National scene, or who would be liable in law for the crime committed in-state.

Hussein was on the NH ticket through Nancy's signature. Those two would be a good place to start placing blame.

Thanks for posting this. It made me search for the original story ( The Theory is Now a Conspiracy And Facts Don’t Lie ). I had not read it before but I had heard about it. ScaniaMum (lurker only) had read it and told me about it. Absolutely fantastic story. If it is true that the full document was posted with the Hawaiian Electoral Committee then it is proof positive of a real conspiracy.

If one state opens up this can of worms I don't think it will be possible to close it. The political and constitutional fall out will be incredible, though. At best there will be a split right through the Democrat party, at worst a split through the Republic.

Somebody posted a story a day or two before J. B. Williams about the Pelosi scam, but it was J. B. Williams who made it clear, to me at least, that it could only have been a DELIBERATE scam.

The same three people signed two certified forms, one for official submission and one for publication. No way on earth that all three of them could have done this twice without noticing that something was fishy—or without having decided that this was the best way to scam it so they would be off the hook if the truth came out.

This news looks like another straw. At some point I’m hoping we’ll see the camel’s back give way, and if that happens it will happen all at once and very fast, IMHO.
